Abstract

본 발명은 셀룰라제 용액을 셀룰로즈-함유 직물상에 캐스캐이드 식으로 퍼붓는 조건 및 셀룰로즈-함유 직물의 촉감 및 외관을 개선시키는데에 효과적인 조건하에서 상기 직물을 셀룰라제 용액과 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는, 피니쉬 처리전에 촉감 및 외관을 개선시키는 효과적인 방법에 관한다.

피니쉬 처리하지 않은 셀룰로즈 함유 직물에 효소를 도포하여 외관 및 촉감을 개선시키는 방법(METHOD FOR APPLYING ENZYME TO NON-FINISHED CELLULOSIC-CONTAINING FABRICS TO IMPROVE APPEARANCE AND FEEL CHARACTERISTICS)

Claims (18)

  1. 셀룰로즈-함유 직물상에 셀룰라제 용액을 캐스캐이드식으로 퍼붓는 조건 및 셀룰로즈-함유 직물의 촉감 및 외관을 개선시키는데에 효과적인 조건하에서 가압하에 상기 직물을 셀룰라제 용액과 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는. 상기 직물의 피니쉬에 앞서 셀룰로즈-함유 직물의 촉감 및 외관을 개선시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 인큐베이팅 과정 없이 가압하에 셀룰로즈-함유 직물을 셀룰라제 용액과 접촉시키는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 수용액의 첨가없이 가압하에 셀룰로즈-함유 직물을 셀룰라제 용액과 접촉시키는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 셀룰라제-함유 직물을 분산 수단을 지나 연속적으로 이동시켜 가압하에 상기 직물을 셀룰라제 용액과 접촉시키는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 해단 롤러(unwinding roller) 및 권단 롤러(winding roller) 사이fh 한정된 길이의 셀룰로즈-함유 직물을 통과시켜 상기 직물을 이동시키는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 권단 과정이 종결될때, 해단 롤러가 권단 롤러가 되어 공정이 역행하는 방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 셀룰라제 용액을 분무하여 셀룰로즈-함유 직물에 셀룰라제 용액을 분산시키는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 셀룰라제 용액을 직물에 대하여 30∼45도 각도상에서 분무시키는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법에 의해서 셀룰로즈-함유 직물로부터 미완성 셀룰로즈-함유 섬유가 또한 제거되는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 약 0.25∼약3시간 동안 셀룰로즈-함유 직물을 셀룰라제 용액과 접촉시키는 방법.
  11. 제10항에에 있어서, 상기 셀룰라제 용액내 셀룰라제의 농도가 약 0.25∼약 8g인 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰라제 용액내 셀룰라제의 농도가 약 2∼약 6g인 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 셀룰라제 용액을 직물의 앞면 및 뒷면에 도포하는 방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 셀룰라제 용액을 직물의 한쪽면에만 도포하는 방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 셀룰로즈-함유 직물에 대한 분산 수단을 움직여 가압하에 상기 직물을 셀룰라제 용액과 접촉시키는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 셀룰라제 용액을 분무시켜 분산시키는 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 셀룰라제 용액을 직물에 대하여 30∼45도 각도상에서 분무시키는 방법.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 효과적인 양의 셀룰라제 용액에 직물을 담그는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
