Abstract

본 발명은 서포트볼트를 풀지 않고도 벨트교환 및 정비작업을 용이하게 수행할 수 있도록 함과 동시에 진동 흡수와 소음발생을 억제시킬 수 있도록 한 자동차의 알터네이터 어저스팅(alternator adjusting) 구조에 관한 것으로, 절곡형성되어 일측벽이 엔진(10)에 볼트(11) 체결로 고정되고, 타측벽으로 체결공(21)이 천공된 어저스팅블록(20)과 ; 상기 어저스팅블록(20)의 체결공(21)에 공회전되도록 분할핀(12)으로 장착되는 어저스팅볼트(30)와 ; 상기 어저스팅볼트(30)에 유동 가능하게 나사 결합으로 조립되어 일측에 형성된 볼트공(41)에 볼트(13) 체결로 고정된 알터네이터(50)를 지지함과 동시에 전, 후로 유동시키는 어저스팅 서포트(40)를 포함하여 구성된 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 절곡형성되어 일측 벽이 엔진(10)에 볼트(11) 체결로 고정되고, 타측벽으로 체결공(21)이 천공된 어저스팅블록(20)과 ; 상기 어저스팅블록(20)의 체결공(21)에 공회전되도록 분할핀(12)으로 장착되는 어저스팅볼트(30)와 ; 상기 어저스팅볼트(30)에 유동 가능하게 나사 결합으로 조립되어 일측에 형성된 볼트공(41)에 볼트(13) 체결로 고정된 알터네이터(50)를 지지함과 동시에 전, 후로 유동시키는 어저스팅 서포트(40)를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 자동차의 알터네이터 어저스팅 구조.
