Abstract

자동차용 오일팬(51)에서 엔진(50)과 트랜스미션(52)에 오일팬(51)을 결합할 때 "ㄱ"자형태로 결합시키게 되면 후에 볼트(54)로 체결되는 트랜스미션(52)와 오일팬(51)의 사이가 엔진(50)과 오일팬(51) 그리고 트랜스미션(52)와 오일팬(51) 결합 부위의 조립 공차 및 가공 공차에 의해 벌어지게 되는데 본 발명은 이를 방지하기 위하여, 트랜스미션(52)과 결합되는 측면에 엔진(50) 및 트랜스미션(52)과의 결합시 조립, 가공 공차를 변형력을 향상시켜 흡수할 수 있는 결합 수단을 포함하여 구성함으로써 조립 정밀도를 향상시킬 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 자동차용 오일팬에 있어서, 오일팬(51)의 측면에 트랜스미션(52)과의 결합시 볼트(54)와 대응되는 부분에 대응 형성됨과 아울러 인장 및 강도가 가장 적절하게 조절되도록 길이가 형성된 다수의 보스(1)를 포함하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 오일팬.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다수의 보스(1) 강도 보강을 위해 보스(1)를 리브(2)로 연결하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 오일팬.
