Abstract

본 발명은 주성분으로 폴리프로필렌중합체 30∼80중량%와 보조성분으로 순도 95%이상, 평균입자 사이즈는 1∼20마이크로미터인 탄산칼슘 10∼60중량%, 순도 95%이상, 평균입자 사이즈는 10마이크로미터 미만인 황산바륨 10∼60중량%를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 음향특성과 강도가 우수한 음향기용 고중량 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 주성분으로 폴리프로필렌중합체 30∼80중량%와 보조성분으로 순도 95%이상, 평균입자 사이즈는 1∼26마이크로미터인 탄산칼슘 10∼60중량%, 순도 95%이상, 평균입자 사이즈는 10마이크로미터 미만인 황산바륨 10∼60중량%를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 음향특성과 강도가 우수한 음향기용 고중량 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 포리프로필렌 중합체 40∼70중량%, 탄산칼슘 10∼45중량%, 황산바륨 10∼45중량%를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 음향기용 고중량 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 중합체는 결정성 폴리프로필렌 단독 중합체 또는 에틸렌 1-부텐, 1-펜텐, 1-헥센, 4-메틸펜텐-1, 1-헵텐, 1-옥텐 및 1-데켄으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 화합물 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물과 주성분인 폴리프로필렌과의 결정성 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 음향기용 고중량 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 중합체는 용융지수(MI)가 1∼50g/10분임을 특징으로 하는 음향기용 고중량 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
