Abstract
본 발명은, 물을 가하면서, 열분해법으로 생성된 이산화규소를 메틸 셀룰로즈, 마이크로왁스및 폴리에틸렌글리콜로 균질화시키고, 80내지 150℃에서 건조시킨 다음, 분쇄하여 분말을 생성하고, 임의로 생성된 분말을 압축하여 압축물을 생성한 다음, 이를 400내지 1, 200℃에서 0. 5내지 8시간동안 열처리함으로써 제조된, 물리적 특성과 화학적 특성이 다음과 같은 열분해법으로 생성된 이산화규소계 압축물에 관한 것이다.

- 물을 가하면서, 열분해법으로 생성된 이산화규소를 메틸 셀룰로즈, 마이크로왁스 및 폴리에틸렌 글리콜로 균질화시키고, 80내지 150℃에서 건조시킨 다음, 임의로 분쇄하여 분말을 생성하고, 생성된 분말을 압축하여 압축물을 생성한 다음, 이를 400내지 1, 200℃에서 0. 5내지 8시간동안 열처리함을 특징으로 하는, 물리적 특성과 화학적 특성이 다음과 같은, 열분해법으로 생성된 이산화규소계 압축물의 제조방법.외부 직경 : 0. 8내지 20㎜BET표면적 : 30내지 400㎡/g공극 용적 : 0. 5내지 1. 3㎖/g파단 강도 : 10내지 250N조성 : SiO299. 8중량%기타 구성성분 :〈 0. 2중량%마모 : 〈5중량%겉보기 중량 : 350내지 750g/ℓ
- 제1항에 따르는 압축물의 촉매또는 촉매 케리어로서의 용도
- 촉매 활성성분이 팔라듐, 금 및 알칼리 금속 아세테이트의 형태로 케리어 위에 함유되어 있는 비닐 아세테이트 단량체 제조용 케리어 촉매로서, 케리어가 제1항에 따르는 압축물임을 특징으로 하는 케리어 촉매
- 촉매를 금과 팔라듐 염을 함유하는 용액과 염기성 용액에 합침시키고 (당해 함침은 중간 건조나 중간건조 없이 동시에 또는 연속적으로 수행한다), 케리어를 세척하여 임의의 염화물 성분들을 제거한 다음, 세척전 또는 후에 캐리어에 침전된 불용성 물질을 환원시키고, 생성된 촉매 전구체를 건조시킨 다음, 알칼리 금속 아세테이트 또는 알칼리 금속 화합물(당해 화합물을 비닐 아세테이트 단량체를 제조하는 동안 반응조건하에서 알칼리 금속 아세테이트로 부분적으로 또는 완전히 전환된다)에 함침시킴으로써, 비닐 아세테이트 단량체 제조용의 제4항에 따르는 케이어 촉매를 제조하는 방법.으로서, 케리어가 제1항에 따르는 압축물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
