Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 비상표시등 점멸장치에 관한 것으로서, 전원을 공급하는 배터리(10)와, 비교표시를 하기 위한 비상표시등장치(60)와, 상기 배터리(10)의 전원을 비상표시등장치(60)에 공급하도록 수동으로 작동시키기위한 하자드스위치(50)와, 브레이크 마스터 실린더(70)에 설치되어 오일의 압력을 감지하는 오일압력센서(30)와, 상기 오일압력센서(30)의 전기적인 신호를 입력받아 제동상황을 판단하는 ECU(20)와, 상기 ECU(20)에 의하여 온/오프되고, 상기 하자드스위치(50)과 병렬연결된 릴레이스위치(40)를 포함하여 구성되어, 운전자가 비상사태시 급제동을 하게되면 오일압력센서(30)의 값을 ECU(20)가 입력받아 비상표시등이 자동적으로 점등될 수 있도록함으로써 급제동과 함께 하자드스위치(50)를 작동시켜야 하는 불편함이 해소되고, 또한 후방차량에게 위급상황을 빨리 전달할 수 있어 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있는 자동차의 비상표시등 점멸장치를 제공한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 전원을 공급하는 배터리(10)와, 비상표시를 하기위한 비상표시등장치(60)와, 상기 배터리(10)의 전원을 비상표시등장치(60)에 공급하도록 수동으로 온/오프하는 하자드스위치(50)를 포함하여 구성된 비상표시등 점멸장치에 있어서, 브레이크 마스터실린더(70)에 설치되어 오일의 압력을 감지하는 오일압력센서(30)와, 상기 오일압력센서(30)의 전기적인 신호를 입력받아 제동상황을 판단하는 ECU(20)와, 상기 ECU(20)에 의하여 온/오프되고, 상기 하자드스위치(50)와 병렬연결된 릴레이스위치(40)를 더욱 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 비상표시등 점멸장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 릴레이스위치(40)는 접점 릴레이 스위치를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 비상표시등 점멸장치.
