Abstract

본 발명은 산약 공급기로부터 산약을 분배접시에 균일하고 신속히 살포퇴적시키도록 하는 것을 과제로 한다.
산약의 산약 공급기로의 수용량에 기초하여 산약 공급기의 초기 진동량 또는 초기 경사각도를 설정하고, 산약 살포퇴적중의 산약 공급기의 진동량 또는 경사각도를 시간의 경과와 함께 증가시키도록 하였다. 산약 살포퇴적 초기에는 산약이 소량씩 배출되므로 살포퇴적이 고르고, 시간과 함께 산약의 배출량이 증가하므로 살포퇴적의 소요시간이 단축된다.

Claims (6)

  1. 처방전에 따라 계량기로 계량한 산약이 수용되는 산약 공급기를 진동시킴으로써, 이 산약 공급기로부터 산약을 회전하는 분배접시에 살포퇴적시켜 소정량 씩으로 분할하는 산약 분할장치에 있어서, 상기 산약의 수용량에 기초하여 산약 공급기의 초기 진동량 또는 초기 경사각도를 설정하고, 산약 살포퇴적중의 산약 공급기의 진동량 또는 경사각도를 시간의 경과와 함께 증가시키도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산약 분할장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 산약 살포퇴적중의 산약 공급기의 진동량이 소정 시간의 경과까지는 증가하고 그후 감소하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산약 분할장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 산약의 종류에 따라서 산약 공급기의 초기 진동량 또는 진동량의 시간경과에 따른 변화량을 보정하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산약 분할장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산약의 종류에 따라서 산약 공급기의 초기 경사각도 또는 경사각도의 시간경과에 따른 변화량을 보정하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산약 분할장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 산약의 수용량이, 상기 계량기로부터 전달된 계량 데이터에 의해 파악되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산약 분할장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 산약의 계량 데이터를, 계량시 사용하는 자중으로 기억시켜, 이 자중에 의해 상기 계량 데이터의 전달이 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 산약 분할장치.
