Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 굽어짐 또는 비틀림이 없는 조립 코어(assembled core)를 가진 성형 모터(linear motor)를 제공하는 것이다. 상기 목적을 달성하기 위해서, U형 단면을 가진 번들 부재(bundling member: 30)가 설치되어 적층 코어판(laminated core plate: 4)의 측방 및 후방 표면을 커버하고, 적층 코어 판(4)과 번들부재(30)가 조립 코어(5)를 형성하도록 코어 판(4)과 번들 부재(30)를 통해 지나가는 볼트(31)에 너트(32)를 돌려 일체화되게 하는 방식으로 연결된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 박판에 슬릿을 형성하여 티쓰가 제공된 다수개의 빗 모양 코어 판을 구비하는 조립 코어와, 슬릿이 다른 하나의 내측부와 마주 대하도록 반경방향으로 상호 연결된 다수개의 조립 코어를 구비하는 주 측 코어와, 에어갭에 의해서 자유스럽게 움직이도록 주 측 코어 내의 조립 코어에 의해 둘러 싸인 공간을 통해 길이가 긴 보조측 콘덕터를 삽입하는 반면에 주 측 코어의 슬릿이 내재된 코일로 이루어진 선형 모터에 있어서, U형 단면을 가진 번들 부재가 코어 판의 상기 적층부의 양측과 후방 표면을 커버하도록 적층 코어 판에 장착되고, 적층 코어 판과 번들 부재가 상기 조립 코어를 구성하도록 코어 판의 적층 방향으로 코어 판과 번들 부재를 통해 지나가는 볼트에 의해 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형 모터.
