Abstract

본 발명은 선형압축기에 구비된 적층철심의 형상과 선형압축기의 조립구조를 변경하여 선형압축기를 박형구조로 만들고, 선형압축기의 조립을 간단화시켜 대량 생산이 용이한 선형압축기에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 선형압축기는, 실린더내에서 직선 왕복 운동하는 피스톤의 작동에 의하여 냉매를 압축시키기 위하여, 적층철심과 코일로 이루어진 고정자와, 상기 고정자에 대면하되 설치된 영구자석 및 백요크와, 일단이 상기 피스톤에 접착 고정되고, 타단이 상기 영구자석에 접착 고정되어 상기 영구자석을 지지하는 서포터와, 상기 고정자, 영구자석, 백요크, 서포터를 지지 보호하는 프레임을 포함하는 선형압축기에 있어서, 상기 고정자가 상기 프레임의 내측부에 압입고정되고, 상기 백요크가 상기 프레임의 외측부에 압입고정되고, 상기 고정자와 상기 백요크 사이에 상기 영구자석이 설치되되 상기 영구자석을 지지하는 상기 서포터가 대체로 일자형태(│)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이러한 특징적 구성에 따라서, 압축기 특성의 신뢰성이 향상되며 동시에 압축기구조의 박형화가 가능해진다.

Claims (2)

  1. 실린더내에서 직선 왕복 운동하는 피스톤의 작동에 의하여 냉매를 압축시키기 위하여, 적층철심과 코일로 이루어진 고정자와, 상기 고정자에 대면하여 설치된 영구자석 및 백요크와, 일단이 상기 피스톤에 접착 고정되고, 타단이 상기 영구자석에 접착 고정되어 상기 영구자석을 지지하는 서포터와, 상기 고정자, 영구자석, 백요크, 서포터를 지지 보호하는 프레임을 포함하는 선형압축기에 있어서, 상기 고정자가 상기 프레임의 내측부에 압입고정되고, 상기 백요크가 상기 프레임의 외측부에 압입고정되고, 상기 고정자와 상기 백요크 사이에 상기 영구자석이 설치되되 상기 영구자석을 지지하는 상기 서포터가 대체로 일자형태(│)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형압축기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정자는 원통형으로 상하방향으로 적층하되 외주부에 절연지로 감싸진 몰입부가 형성된 적층철심과, 상기 절연지로 감싸진 상기 몰입부에 권선된 코일로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 선형압축기.
