Abstract

본 발명은 적층형 플랫 타입의 열교환기에 관한 것으로서, 내측헤더와 외측헤더로 헤더를 분리하고 내측헤더와 튜브의 결합이 용이하도록 하여 헤더와 튜브와의 용접효율이 향상될 뿐만 아니라 헤더를 손쉽게 가공하도록 한 것이다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 목적은 용접이 원활히 이루어지게 내측헤더와 외측헤더로 분리된 헤더를 형성하고, 상기 헤더에서 튜브로 유입되는 냉매의 누설과 헤더의 파손을 방지하도록 헤더와 튜브가 용이하게 결합되게 결합수단을 형성함으로서 상기의 목적을 이룰 수 있도록 하였다.

Claims (7)

  1. 용접이 원활히 이루어지게 분리되어 형성된 헤더와, 상기 헤더에서 튜브로 유입되는 냉매의 누설과 헤더의 파손을 방지하도록 헤더와 튜브가 용이하게 결합되게 결합수단을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 플랫 타입의 열교환기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 헤더는 돌부로 형성된 내측헤더와, 상기 내측헤더가 삽입결합되게 일측에 개구부가 구비된 외측헤더로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 플랫 타입의 열교환기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 외측헤더의 모서리 부분을 곡선으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 플레이트 타입의 열교환기.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 내측헤더와 외측헤더의 용접으로 인한 냉매가 누설되는 것을 방지하도록 외측헤더의 개구부가 구비된 일측의 면 두께를 다른측의 면 두께보다 넓게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 플랫 타입의 열교환기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 외측헤더 일측의 면 두께를 다른측의 면 두께보다 3배로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 플랫 타입의 열교환기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합수단은 내측헤더의 돌부에 튜브가 삽입겹합되게 다수개의 튜브삽입구를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 플랫 타입의 열교환기.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 튜브삽입구는 직사각형으로 길게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 플랫 타입의 열교환기.
