Abstract
본 발명은 2열 플랫튜브형 열교환기에 관한 것으로 특히 플랫튜브의 설치와 플랫튜브의 단면형상을 개선하여 열교환기의 효율을 증가시키도록 하는 것으로서, 제1,2헤더에 형성되어 플랫튜브가 연결되는 다수개의 연결구멍을 플랫튜브가 연결되었을 때 공기유동을 맞받는 전면부가 증가되도록 2열의 수평병렬로 엇갈리게 형성하고 1열과 2열 플랫튜브의 크기와 플랫튜브의 단면에 형성된 다수개의 구멍크기를 다르게 형성하여 구비한 것이다.

제2도는 본 발명 2열 플랫튜브형 열교환기로서, (가)는 열교환기의 3면도, (나)는 제1,2헤더의 단면도.
Claims (5)
- 발생된 공기유동을 맞받아 활발한 열교환이 일어나는 전면노출부에 많은 플랫튜브가 구비되도록 제1,2헤더에 형성되는 연결구멍을 2열의 수평병렬로 엇갈리게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 2열 플랫튜브형 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플랫튜브는 발생된 공기유동에 대하여 1열과, 2열의 위치조건에서 효과적인 열전달이 이루어지도록 단면부에 형성된 다수개의 냉매구멍 면적을 A1=A2로 형성함을 특징으로 하는 2열 플랫튜브형 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플랫튜브는 발생된 공기유동에 대하여 1열과, 열의 위치조건에서 효과적인 열전달이 되도록 폭을 W1>W2로 구비함을 특징으로 하는 2열 플랫튜브형 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플랫튜브는 발생된 공기유동에 대하여 1열과, 2열의 위치조건에서 효과적인 열전달이 되도록 냉매구멍의 갯수를 A가 짝수인 상태에서 A>B의 조건으로 구비함을 특징으로 하는 2열 플랫튜브형 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2는 제2헤더 내부로 유입된 냉매가 1열과, 2열로 엇갈리게 연결된 플랫튜브로 분할되어 유입되도록 분할격판을 1열과, 2열 사이에 구비함을 특징으로 하는 2열 플랫튜브형 열교환기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
