Abstract

본 발명은 바닥장식재용 합성수지 조성물 및 이의 제품에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 페이스트계 폴리염화비닐(PVC) 수지 100중량부, 가소제 40∼60중량부, 점도회석제 2∼5중량부, 열안정제 3∼5중량부 및 스티렌 모노머로부터 현탁 중합된 가교 또는 비가교구조를 갖는 비드상 스티렌 수지 1∼10중량부로 이루어지는 바닥장식재용 합성수지 조성물 및 이의 제품에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 바닥장식재용 합성수지 조성물 및 이의 제품에 다른예는 자외선(UV) 광경화성 수지 100중량부 및 스티렌 모노머로부터 현탁 중합된 가교 또는 비가교구조를 갖는 비드상 스티렌 수지 1∼10중량부로 이루어진다.
본 발명에 따른 바닥장식재용 조성물은 엠보싱현상에 의한 자연스러운 표면질감효과 및 미끄럼방지효과를 나타낼 뿐만 아니라 불필요한 공정수를 줄여 생산공정을 단순화시키고 제조원가를 절감하며 작업능률을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (12)

  1. 바닥장식재용 합성수지 조성물에 있어서, 페이스트계 폴리염화비닐 수지 100중량부, 가소제 40∼60중량부, 점도회석제 2∼5중량부, 열안정제 3∼5중량부 및 스티렌 모노머로부터 현탁 중합된 가교 또는 비가교구조를 갖는 비드상 스티렌 수지 1∼10중량부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥장식재용 합성수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비드상 스티렌 수지의 평균입경이 10∼40㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥장식재용 합성수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 실리카 0.3중량부가 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥장식재용 합성수지 조성물.
  4. 페이스트계 폴리염화비닐 수지 100중량부, 가소제 40∼60중량부, 점도회석제 2∼5중량부, 열안정제 3∼5중량부 및 스티렌 모노머로부터 현탁 중합된 가교 또는 비가교구조를 갖는 비드상 스티렌 수지 1∼10중량부를 포함하여 이루어진 바닥장식재용 합성수지 조성물을 이용하여 제조되는 표면층을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥장식재.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 비드상 스티렌 수지의 평균입경이 10∼40㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥장식재.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 바닥장식재용 합성수지 조성물에 실리카 0.3중량부가 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥장식재.
  7. 바닥장식재용 합성수지 조성물에 있어서, 자외선 광경화성 수지 100중량부 및 스티렌 모노머로부터 현탁 중합된 가교 또는 비가교구조를 갖는 비드상 스티렌 수지 1∼10중량부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥장식재용 합성수지 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 비드상 스티렌 수지의 평균입경이 10∼40㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥장식재용 합성수지 조성물.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 실리카 0.3중량부가 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥장식재용 합성수지 조성물.
  10. 자외선 광경화성 수지 100중량부 및 스티렌 모노머로부터 현탁 중합된 가교 또는 비가교구조를 갖는 비드상 스티렌 수지 1∼10중량부를 포함하여 이루어진 바닥장식재용 합성수지 조성물을 이용하여 제조되는 표면층을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥장식재.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 비드상 스티렌 수지의 평균입경이 10∼40㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥장식재.
  12. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 상기 바닥장식재용 합성수지 조성물에 실리카 0.3중랑부가 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥장식재.
