Abstract

본 발명은 디벤질리데솔비톨 또는 이의 유도체를 주성분으로 하는 성핵제 및 아미도-기능성 화합물을 포함하여, 가소성 조성물에 대한 성핵 활성을 갖는 첨가제 혼합물에 관한 것이다. 성핵제로 처리된 가소성 수지를 제조하고 사용하는 동안 분해에 의해 성핵제로부터 형성된 알데히드를 흡착, 흡수 및/또는 화학 반응에 의해 수집하고 결합시킬 수 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. 디벤질리덴솔비톨 또는 이의 유도체를 주성분으로 하는 성핵제 및 아미도-기능성 화합물을 포함하여, 가소성 물질에 대한 성핵 활성을 갖는 첨가제 혼합물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성핵제가 1,3:2,4-디(벤질리덴)-D-솔비톨, 1,3:2,4-디-(4-톨릴리덴)-D-솔비톨, 1,3:2,4-디(4-에틸벤질리덴)-D-솔비톨 및 1,3:2,4-디(3,4-디메틸벤질리덴)-D-솔비톨 또는 이들 서로의 목적하는 혼합물인 혼합물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 아미도-기능성 화합물이 폴리아미드, 아미드 왁스, 열가소성 폴리아미드수지 또는 이의 목적하는 혼합물인 혼합물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아미도-기능성 화합물과 성핵제 혼합비가 99:1 내지 1:99중량부, 특히 3:1 내지 1:3중량부, 매우 특히 바람직하게는 1.5:1 내지 1:1.5중량부의 범위내인 혼합물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 첨가제 혼합물을 함유하는 가소성 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 중합체가 폴리올레핀, 특히 PP, PE-HD 또는LLDPE인 가소성 조성물.
  7. 제5항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 전체 중합체성 물질을 기준으로 하여, 0.01 내지 5중량%, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 1.0중량% 농도의 아미도-기능성 화합물을 함유하는 가소성 조성물.
  8. 성핵 가소성 조성물, 특히 폴리올레핀, 이 중에서도 특히 PP, PR-HD 또는 LLDPE을 위한, 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르 첨가제 혼합물의 용도.
  9. 디벤질리덴솔비톨을 주성분으로 하는 성핵제로 처리된 가소성 조성물의 제조 및 사용시, 성핵제의 분해에 의해 형성된 알데히드가 흡착, 흡수 및/또는 화학반응에 의해 수집되고 결합될 수 있는, 제3항에 따른 아미도-기능성 화합물의 용도.
