Abstract

산성 촉매 존재 하에 1-5개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알코올과 N-비닐카르복실아미드를 반응시키거나, 또는 미반응 출발물질, 미반응 중간체 또는 미회수 생성물을 N-(1-알콕시에틸)카르복실 아미드 합성에 이용하는 것에 의한 N-(1-알콕시에틸)카르복실 아미드의 제조방법에 제공된다. 카르복실 아미드와 아세트알데히드 및 알코올을 함유하는 출발물질 및/또는 아세탈을 함유하는 출발물질 간의 반응시 수용성 강산을 출발물질중 카르복실 아미드 1 몰 당 2×10-3내지 3×10-1당량의 양으로 첨가하고, 촉매로서 강산성 이온-교환 수지를 사용하는 N-(1-알콜시에틸)카르복실 아미드의 제조방법에 제공된다.

Claims (14)

  1. 산성 촉매 존재 하에서 탄소 원자수 1-5개의 알코올과 N-비닐카르복실 아미드를 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 N-(1-알콕시에틸)카르복실 아미드의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, N-(1-알콕시에틸)카르복실 아미드가 N-(1-알콕시에틸)포름아미드와 N-(1-알콕시에틸)카르복실 아미드의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, N-비닐카르복실 아미드 N-비닐포름아미드와 N-비닐아세트아미드 중에서 선택되는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, N-(1-알콕시에틸)포름아미드가 N-(1-메톡시에틸)포름아미드와 N-(1-에톡시에틸)포름아미드 중에서 선택되는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 알코올이 메탄올과 에탄올 중에서 선택되는 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, N-(1-알콕시에틸)아세트아미드가 N-(1-메톡시에틸)아세트아미드와 N-(1-에톡시에틸)아세트아미드 중에서 선택되는 방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 알코올이 메탄올과 에탄올 중에서 선택되는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, N-(1-알콕시에틸)카르복실 아미드, 카르복실 아미드, 에틸리덴 비스카르복실 아미드, 아세탈, 아세트알데히드 및 물 중 한가지 이상이 추가로 첨가되는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 강산성 이온-교환 수지가 산성 촉매로서 이용되는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 수용성 강산이 첨가되는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 수용성 강산의 첨가량이 출발물질 중 카르복실 아미드기-함유 물질의 총 물 당 2×10-3내지 3×10-1당량인 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, N-(1-알콕시에틸)카르복실 아미드 수용성 강산 존재 하에 강산성 이온-교환 수지로 충전된 촉매 층에서 연속식으로 생산되는 방법.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 N-(1-알콕시에틸)카르복실 아미드를 얻는 제1단계, 제1단계의 N-(1-알콕시에틸)카르복실 아미드를 촉매 크래킹 또느 열 크래킹시켜 이를 N-비닐카르복실 아미드로 전환시키는 제2단계, 및 제2단계에서 얻어진 N-비닐카르복실 아미드를 정제하는 제3단계로 이루어지고, 여기서 제3단계의 잔사는다시 제1단계로 재순환시키는 것으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 N-비닐카르복실 아미드의 제조방법.
  14. 제13항의 방법에 따라 얻어진 N-비닐카르복실 아미드를 모노머로서 사용하거나, 또는 그와 공중합가능한 모노머와 함께 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 N-비닐카르복실 아미드 호모폴리머 또는 코폴리머의 제조방법.
