Abstract

본 발명은 자기질 대리서 질감을 가지는 타일의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 자연 대리석에 마치 보석이 박힌 것과 같은 효과를 가지는 타일을 제공하고자 한 것인 바, 본 고안은, 카오린, 점토, 도석, 규사, 장석의 미세혼합분말을 스프레이건조방식으로 수분함량이 4~6%가 되도록하고 무기안료를 혼합하여 기본원료를 조성하고, 상기 기본원료에 두께 1~3m/m로서, 3메쉬 미만 40~50중량%, 3~5메쉬미만 20~30중량%, 5~7메쉬미만 10~20중량%, 7메쉬 이상 10~20중량%의 각각 착색원료입자와 운모장석, 카리장석을 혼합하며, 상기 혼합물을 건식프레스법으로 유압성형기에서 성형한 다음, 평면이 1/2이되게 길이방향으로 분할하여 이의 분할된 파절표면이 요철상의 자연질감과 다색의 반사입자로 된 질감을 가질 수 있도록 한 것에 요지가 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 카오린, 점토, 도석, 규사, 장석의 미세혼합분말을 스프레이건조방식으로 수분함향이 4~6%가 되도록하고 무기안료를 혼합하여 기본원료를 조성하고, 상기 기본원료에 두께 1~3m/m로서, 3메쉬 미만 40~50중량%, 3~5메쉬미만 20~30중량%, 5~7메쉬미만 10~20중량%, 7메쉬이상 10~20중량%의 각 착색원료입자와 운모장석, 카리장석을 혼합하며, 상기 혼합물을 건식프레스법으로 유압성형기에서 성형한 다음, 평면이 1/2이되게 길이방향으로 분할하여 이의 분할된 파절표면이 요철상의 자연감과 다색의 반사입자로 된 질감을 가질 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기질 대리석 타일의 제조방법.
