Abstract

본 발명은 시멘트조성물로 타일형상의 판재로 성형하고, 그 표면에 장식돌을 취부시키고, 채색층을 더 도포하여 장식효과를 극대화시킨 장식돌이 취부된 시멘트판재조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 장식물이 취부된 시멘트판재조성물은 통상의 시멘트조성물로 된 바닥층(1)에 장식돌(2)을 고착시키고, 장식돌(2)이 고착된 상기 바닥층(1)의 표면에 채색층(3)을 도포하여 이루어진다.
따라서, 본 발명에 의하면 건물에 자연적인 장식성을 부여할 수 있는 장식돌(2)이 취부된 시멘트판재조성물 또는 판재조성물 자체의 표면에 색상을 부여하기 위한 채색층(3)이 도포된 장식물이 취부된 시멘트판재조성물을 제공하는 효과가 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 통상의 시멘트조성물로 된 바닥층에 장식돌을 고착시키고, 장식돌이 고착된 상기 바닥층의 표면에 채색층을 도포하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 장식돌이 취부된 시멘트판재조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시멘트조성물이 시멘트와 모래의 혼합비를 중량비로 1 내지 3 : 1의 비율로 혼합하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 장식돌이 취부된 시멘트판재조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시멘트조성물의 두께가 1 내지 2㎝가 됨을 특징으로 하는 장식돌이 취부된 시멘트판재조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 채색층이 시멘트와 모래의 중량비로 2 : 1의 혼합물 100중량%에 대하여 1 내지 1.5중량%의 안료가 혼합되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 장식돌이 취부된 시멘트판재조성물.
  5. (가) 통상의 시멘트조성물을 판상으로 성형하여 바닥층(1)을 형성하는 바닥층성형단계; (나) 상기 바닥층(1)이 완전히 경화되기 전에 다수개의 장식돌(2)을 상기 바닥층(1)의 표면으로부터 내부로 부분적으로 매립되도록 박아넣기를 하는 장식돌매립단계, (다) 장식돌(2)이 부분적으로 매립되어 삽입된 상기 바닥층(1)의 표면에 안료가 혼합된 시멘트조성물을 도포하는 채색층도포단계, (라) 채색층(3)이 도포된 상기 바닥층(1)의 모든 시멘트조성물을 경화시켜 시멘트판재조성물을 형성시키는 경화 단계; 및 (마) 상기 경화된 시멘트판재조성물을 일정한 규격으로 절단하고, 수세하고, 포장하는 등의 마무리단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 장식돌이 취부된 시멘트판재조성물.
