Abstract

본 발명은 도어부품 조립을 위해 도어를 설치하는 자동차의 도어 팔레트에 관한 것으로, 종래 차종에 따라 도어가 상이하여 상이한 도어를 설치하기 위해 도어 팔레트도 도어에 따라 다른 것이 사용되고, 또한 도어를 완전고정시키는 실린더도 도어 팔레트마다 각각 따로 설치되어 있기 때문에 시설투자비가 상승하는 문제점을 안고 있었다. 그리고 도어부품 조립시 이송되는 도어 팔레트를 따라 작업자가 조립작업을 수행해야 하기 때문에 상당히 불편하였다.
따라서 본 발명은 복수개의 도어 고정브라켓과 래크기어: 이 래크기어에서 실린더의 전/후진에 의해 해/괘지되는 고정레버: 그리고 이 고정레버의 해/괘지에 의해 전/후진되어 상기 도어 고정브라켓에 고정된 도어를 유동되지 않게 잡아 완전고정시키는 이동 브라켓을 가진 샤프트로 된 도어 그리퍼(Gripper)를 설치한 도어팔레트를 조립라인 바닥에 컨베이어에 의해 이송되도록 설치하여 상이한 도어에 관계없이 공용으로 도어 팔레트를 사용할 수 있게 하여 시설투자비를 절감하고, 작업성을 향상시킨 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 도어부품 조립을 위해 도어를 고정설치하는 자동차의 도어 팔레트를 구성함에 있어서, 복수개의 도어 고정브라켓(140)(150)(160)과 래크기어(110); 이 래크기어에서 실린더(200)의 전/후진에 의해 해/괘지되는 고정레버(120); 그리고 이 고정레버의 해/괘지에 의해 전/후진되어 상기 도어 고정브라켓에 고정된 도어를 유동되지 않게 잡아 완전고정시키는 이동 브라켓(131)을 가진 샤프트(130)로 된 도어 그리퍼(Gripper)를 설치한 도어 팔레트(100)를 조립라인 바닥에 컨베이어에 의해 이송되도록 설치하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 도어 팔레트.
