Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 시트벨트의 리트랙터 록킹장치에 관한 것으로서 리트랙터(2) 측면에 돌출된 샤프트(3)에 치차(4)를 취부시킨후 상기 치차는 비이클센서(6)에 의해 작동되는 레버(5)와 맞물리도록 된 것에 있어서, 상기 리트랙터(2)측면에 고정되며 중앙에는 샤프트(3)가 끼워지는 관통공(11)이, 상부면과 측면으로는 절단부(12)(13)를 각각 형성하고 격판(14)에는 다수의 돌기(15)를 형성한 고정판(10)과; 상기 고정판(10)의 관통공(1)에 끼워지니 샤프트(3)에 결합되며 외주면으로 코일스프링(21)이 구비되는 마찰판(20)과: 상기 마찰판(20) 후방에 설치되며 상기 고정판(10)과 일정거리 이격되어 실치되 중앙에 샤프트(3)가 끼워지는 구멍(31)이 형성되며 상부로는 상기 고정판(10)의 상부 절단부(12)에 결합되는 고정레버(32)가 형성된 이동판(30)과; 상기 고정판(10)과 상기 이동판(30)을 에어백 작동센서(40)에 연결하여 구성되어서 충돌발생시 일정시간경과후 에어백의 작동과 연관되게 시트벨트의 록킹장치가 작동되어 충돌시 에너지 흡수효율 극대화되고 이에 따라 시트벨트를 착용한 승객을 충돌시의 충격으로부터 보다 안전하게 보호할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 리트랙터(2) 측면에 돌출된 샤프트(3)에서 치차(4)를 취부시킨 후 상기 치차는 비이클센서(6)에 의해 작동되는 레버(5)와 맞물리도록 된 것에 있어서,상기 리트랙터(2)측면에 고정되며 중앙에는 샤프트(3)가 끼워지는 관통공(11)이, 상부면과 측면으로는 절단부(12)(13)를 각각 형성하고 격판(14)에는 다수의 돌기(15)를 형성한 고정판(10)과; 상기 고정판(10)과 관통공(1)에 끼워지니 샤프트(3)에 결합되며 외주면으로 코일스프링(21)이 구비되는 마찰판(20)과; 상기 마찰판(20)후방에 설치되며 상기 고정판(10)과 일정거리 이격되어 설치되고 중앙에 샤프트(3)가 끼워지는 구멍(31)이 형성되며 상부로는 상기 고정판(10)의 상부 절단부(12)에 결합되는 고정레버(32)가 형성된 이동판(30)과; 상기 고정판(10)과 상기 이동판(30)을 에어백 작동센서(40)에 연결하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 시트벨트의 리트랙터 록킹장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 치차(4)의 중앙 부위에는 돌출부(4a)를 형성하되 상기 돌출부(4a)는 고정판(10)의 관통공(11)에서 약간 돌출되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 시트벨트의 리트랙터 록킹장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정판(10)의 상부 절단부(12)는 이동판(30)의 고정레버(32)가 결합될 수 있는 크기로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 시트벨트의 리트랙터 록킹장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정판(10)의 측면에 형성된 절단부(13)는 치차(4)측면에 설치된 레버(5)가 출입이 용이하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 시트벨트의 리트랙터 록킹장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리트랙터 록킹장치는 에어백 작동시에만 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 시트벨트의 리트랙터 록킹장치.
