Abstract

본 발명은 안전벨트 리트렉터를 차체에 탑재할 때에, 프리텐셔너의 충돌센서의 구속해제를 깜빡 잊는 것을 방지하여 오장착을 회피할 수 있는 벨트 프리텐셔너의 안전장치의 제공을 도모한다.
레버부재(12)와 리트렉터 하우징(2)을 관통해서 삽착되어, 레버부재(12)를 구속위치에 고정하는 안전핀(22)을 안전벨트 리트렉터(1)를 장착한 차체패널(30)의 차실측의 측면에 장착되는 트림(32)과 간섭하는 길이로 설정하고 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예의 장착상태를 도시하는 단면도이다, 제2도는 동 실시예의 실시예의 분해사시도이다, 제3도는 동 실시예의 안전벨트 리트렉터의 확대사시도이다, 제4도는 동 실시예의 레버부재 장착부분의 사시도이다, 제5도는 동 실시예의 레버부재 장착부분의 정면도이다, 제6도는 제5도의 A-A선을 따르는 단면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 관성작동하는 충돌센서의 검출작용에 의거하여 가스발전기를 작동시키고, 이 가스발전기의 발생가스압에의해 실린더내의 피스톤을 이동시키며, 이 피스톤에 연결된 와이어를 견임함으로써 스풀을 회전하여 안전벨트의 느슨함을권취하는 프리텐셔너를 구비한 안전벨트 리트렉터에 있어서, 상기 충돌센서를 구속 및 구속해제하는 레버부재와, 이 레버부재를 장착한 리트렉터 하우징을 관통하여 삽착되어서 이 레버부재를 충돌센서의 구속위치에 고정하는 안전핀을 구비하며, 또한 이 안전핀은 그 돌출길이를 안전벨트 리트렉터를 장착한 차체패널의 차실측 측면에 장착되는 트림과 간섭하여,이 트림을 차실측 측면에 장착할 수 없을 정도의 길이로 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트 프리텐셔너의 안전장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안전핀은 그 삽착측의 단부에 리트렉터 하우징의 안전핀 삽입구멍 가장자리에 계착하는 스냅부를 일체적으로 구비하고 있음과 동시에, 이 리트렉터 하우징의 안전핀 삽착구멍 가장자리에 당접하여 스냅부의 계착위치를 확정하는 스토퍼를 일체적으로 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트 프리텐셔너의 안전장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스토퍼를 안전핀에 축방향으로 리브돌기로 형성하는 한편, 레버부재의 안전핀 삽입구멍에 상기 스토퍼의 계합홈을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트 프리텐셔너의 안전장치.
  4. 레버부재를 부세수단에 의해 구속해제 위치측으로 회전방향의 부세력을 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항1∼청구항3의 어느 한 항에 기재한 벨트 프리텐셔너의 안전장치.
