Abstract

엔진실내에 압축기(1)을, 엔진실내의 외부공기흡입구 근방에 응축기(2)를, 실내의 분위기(ambient)중에 중발기(5)를 설치한 카 에어컨(Car airconditioner)에 있어서, 카 에어컨 및 자동차를 정지한 상태로 장시간 방치하면, 특히 밤, 낮의 온도차가 심한 지역에 있어서는, 응축기(2)에서의 냉매의 응축액화와, 증발기(5)→압축기 (1)→응축기(2)의 경로에서의 냉매흐름이 발생하여, 압축기(1)내의 윤활유가 모두 응축기(2)로 이동해 버리므로서 이른바, 드라이상태가 되어, 카 에어컨을 시동할 때에 윤활불량을 일으키는 문제가 있었다.
증발기(5)에서 압축기(1)을 경유하여 응축기(2)에 이르는 냉매회로중에 개폐밸브를 설치하여, 압축기(1) 및 응축기(2)의 온도에 영향을 미치게 하는 동작의 발진 및 정지스위치(카 에어컨의 운전스위치나 엔진시동스위치)에 연동시켜 개폐밸브를 개폐하여 카 에어컨 정지중 또는 자동차엔진정지중에, 증발기(5)에서 압축기(1)에로의 냉매유통회로를 차단한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 실시예로써 카 에어컨의 냉매회로도, 제2도는 종래의 카 에어컨의 냉매회로도 및 기계배치도.

Claims (5)

  1. 엔진실내에 압축기(1)를, 엔진실내의 외부공기흡입구 근방에 응축기(2)를 실내의 분위기중에 증발기(5)를 설치한 에어컨에 있어서, 증발기(5)에서 압축기(1)을 경유하여 응축기(2)에 이르는 냉매회로중에 개폐밸브(6)을 설치하여, 압축기 및 응축기의 온도에 영향을 미치게 하는 동작의 발진·정시스위치에 연동하여, 상기의 개폐밸브(6)을 개폐하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 카 에어컨.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개폐밸브(6)은 전자(電磁)개폐밸브로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 카 에어컨.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개폐밸브(6)은 압축기(1)과 증발기(5)를 접속하는 흡입배간주에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 카 에어컨.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개폐밸브(6)은 카 에어컨의 운전정지에서 일정한 시간 경과후에 폐쇄하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 카 에어컨.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 냉매가스로, 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄(HFC 134a)의 히드로플루오로카본(HFC)계 냉매를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 카 에어컨.
