Abstract

발명은 열처리 강으로 만들어진 공작물의 정밀 선삭을 위한 방법과 장치에 관련된다. 탬퍼링(tempering)없이 경화 공작물 표면의 건식 경화 정밀 선삭을 허용하고 생산기간동안 동시에 경화되지 않은 공작물 표면을 정밀 선삭과 경화를 허용하기 위해 가공에 의한 국부의 일시적 가열이 사용되고 공작물 표면이 공구에 통합된 광섬유를 통해 가공될 재료를 변태점까지 공구날 뒤에서 레이져 빔의 작용에 의해 가열되고 자기 담금질이 되고 결과적으로 표면 근처가 경화된다. 동시에 레이져 빔의 작용점에서 표면온도는 자기 온도계로 기록되고 실제 온도 신호에 의해 레이져 빔의 동력은 원하는 온도를 유지하기 위해 조절된다.

절삭공구에 의해 열처리 강으로 만들어진 공작물의 정밀선삭을 위한 방법과 장치

제1도는 공구날 뒤에서 공작물 표면의 일시적인 열을 이용해 공작물 표면의 레이져 열처리를 하는 정밀 선삭의 도해도이다. 제2도는 제1도에서 공구날 Ⅱ부분의 확대도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 선삭공구에 의해 열처리 강으로 만들어진 공작물의 정밀 선삭을 위한 방법에 있어서, 표면 근처에 위치하고 공구날(5)의 근방에 있는 공작물 부분의 일시적 가열을 이용해서 공작물 표면은 레이져 빔에 의해 선삭 공구의 공구날(5)의 작용점 뒤에서 국부적으로 가열되고 레이져 빔은 선삭공구(3)와 같이 이동하고 광섬유(9)에 의해 공구에 통합된 통로(8)에서 공구날(5)의 작용점에 공급되고, 공작물 표면을 향하는 레이져 빔의 작용점에서 동력 밀도는 레이져 빔과 공작물 표면 사이의 상대속도를 고려시 재료는 가공될 재료의 변태점까지 표면 근처가 일시적으로 가열되는 용량이고, 가열된 재료는 깊이 위치한 재료의 차가운 체적(11)에 의해 자기 담금질이 되고 결과적으로 공작물은 표면 근처가 경화되고, 정밀 선삭시 공작물의 회전속도는 공작물의 회전시간이 변태점까지 표면 근처가 가열되는 공작물의 부분이 자기 담금질하기 위한 시간보다 짧은 것을 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물의 정밀 선삭을 위한 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 레이져 빔의 작용점에서의 실제 온도는 유리 섬유 케이블(12)에 의해 동시에 자기 온도계로 기록되고 유리 섬유 케이블은 공구에 통합된 통로(8)로 동일하게 안내되고 실제 온도 신호에 의해 레이져 빔의 동력은 원하는 온도를 유지하기 위해 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물의 정밀 선삭을 위한 방법.
  3. 제1또는 2항에 따라 방법을 수행하기 위한 선삭공구에 있어서, 선삭공구는 공작물 측에 개방된 통로나 통로에 배치된 적어도 하나의 유리 섬유를 포함하고, 광섬유(9)에 의해 레이져 빔은 선삭공구에 통합되어 있는 통로에서 공구날(5)아래 2~3mm까지 선삭공구의 절삭날 하부 표면에 제공되고, 레이져 빔의 동력은 레이져 빔과 공작물 표면 사이의 상대 속도를 고려시 재료를 가공될 재료의 변태점까지 표면 근처가 일시적으로 가열되는 용량임을 특징으로 하는 선삭 공구.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 광섬유는 자기 온도계 장치로 안내되고 공구에 통합된 통로에 배치되고 레이져 빔을 발생시키는 레이져 공명기가 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선삭 공구.
