Abstract
기존의 즉석미반류는 완전히 호화된 밥을 무균포장한 것으로 봉지채 가열하여 바로 먹을 수 있게한 것인데 이것은 밥의 점성이커서 덩어리지는 볼록현상이 심하고 식사시 가열취가 있는등 전통적 취반에 비해 제반특성이 현저한 차이가 있는데, 본 발명은 최저의 함수량을 유지한채 반숙된 상태를 무균포장 보관함으로서 맛, 향 등의 향상은 물론 공정의 단순화와 부재료의 선택에 따라 제품설계가 용이하게한 것이다.

Claims (1)
- 함수율을 정미중량1255~135%로 조절하여 기밀성이 있는 용기에 충진한다음 압력 1~2kg/㎡온도 110℃~130℃로 가압가열한 반숙미로 조리시 개봉하여 취사용기에 담고 적정수분을 더한뒤 가열하므로서 완전히 호화되는 반숙포장미.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
