에스테르 카복실 메틸 스타치 에스테르 카복실 메칠 셀룰로오즈(ESTER.CARBOXY METHYL STARCH ESTER.CARBOXY METHYL CELLULOSE) 및 그 제조방법.
본 에스테르(ESTER) 유도체의 세제용 빌더(BUILDER)로 선택한 특징
1. 분자내에(COOH기와 OH기)가 존재함으로 ㆍ금속이온 봉쇄가 가능하고 속분산, 속붕괴, 속용해성이 강하다. ㆍ미생물 분해가 가능하다. ㆍ오염물 재부착 방지작용이 강하다. ㆍ치환도 범위 DS=0.2-2
2. 비인게 세제 조제가능 ㆍ알칼리이온 완충작용이 용이하다. ㆍ투명성 향상 가능 ㆍ부영양화 방지기능 ㆍc.m.c-미셀 생성한계 농도를 저하시킨다.

Claims (1)

  1. 치환도(D.S)치 0.2-2.0 범위의 카복실 메틸 셀룰로우즈 카복실 메틸 스타치(CARBOXY METHYL CELLULOSE 또는 CARBOXY METHYL STARCH)을 주원료로 하고 유기용매(매칠, 에칠, 부칠, 이소푸로필)등 알콜중에서 저급지방산(H.COOH, CH3COOH, CH2H5COOH, C3H7COOH) 및 유무기산(HCL, H2SO4, H2CO3, H2CO3, HNO3, H2C2O42H2O, H3PO4)을 촉매로 첨가하여 에스테르(ESTER)화 반응을 하고 유기용매 속에서 중화정제 탈액 건조한 시엠에스(CMS) 또는 시엠시 에스테르(CMC ESTER)제조법.
