Abstract

본 발명은, 콘택트 렌즈와 같은 성형물에 습윤 표면을 제공하는 친수성 중합체에 의해 부분적으로 또는 완전히 코딩된 중합체 성형물을 제공한다. 또한, 습윤 표면을 갖는 성형물을 제조하기 위해 잠재적 친수성 단량체를 사용하는 방법을 제공한다.

Claims (28)

  1. 잠재적 친수성인 중합 가능한 물질에 의해 코팅된 벌크 중합체 본체를 포함하는, 성형제품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 벌크 중합체가 폴리디메틸실록산인 성형제품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 잠재적 친수성인 중합 가능한 물질이 온화한 반응조간하에서 보다 친수성이 큰 작용 그룹으로 화학적으로 전환될 수 있는 작용 그룹을 함유하는 성형제품.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 잠재적 친수성인 중합 가능한 물질이 α - 아미노 카복실산 에스테르인 성형제품.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 잠재적 친수성이 중합 가능한 물질이 3 - 아미노프로필메타클아미드 - N, N - 디아세트산의 디에스테르인 성형제품,
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 잠재적 친수성이 중합 가능한 물질이 3 - 아미노프로필메타클아미드 - N, N - 디아세트산의 디에틸 에스테르인 성형제품,
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 잠재적 친수성인 중합 가능한 물질이 메타크릴산인 성형제품.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 소프트 콘택트 렌즈인 성형제품.
  9. (a) 주형의 내부 표면을 잠재적 친수성이지만 일반적으로 소수성인 중합가능한 물질로 코팅시키는 단계, (b) 단계(a)에서 코팅시킨 주형에, 산소 투과성 중합체 물질로 중합될 수 있는 단량체 물질을 충전시키는 단계, (c)단계(b)의 주형을 경화시켜 코딩된 성형물을 생성시키는 단계 및 (d) 단계(c)의 코팅된 성형물을, 코팅막이 친수성 형태로 전환되기에 충분히 온화한 조건하에서 처리하는 단계를 포함하는, 제1항에 따른 성형 제품의 제조방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 잠재적 친수성이 중합가능한 물질이 α-아미노산의 카복실산 에스테르인 방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 단계(d)의 반응조건이, 성형물을 20 내지 130℃에서 1 내지 20시간 동안 완충 중성 수용액 중에서 가열시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 잠재적 친수성이 중합 가능한 물질이 3-아미노프로필메타클아미드 - N, N - 디아세트산의 디에틸 에스테르인 성형제품,
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 잠재성 친수성인 중합가능한 물질이 α-아미노 카복실산 에스테르인 방법.
  14. 제9항에 있어서, 잠재성 친수성인 중합가능한 물질이 메타크릴산인 방법.
  15. 제9항에 있어서, 잠재성 친수성인 중합가능한 물질에 첨가되는 캐리어를 포함하는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서,캐리어가 이소프로필 알콜인 방법.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 캐리어가 글리콜인 방법.
