Abstract
1-하이드록시디하이드로포드폴 옥사이드의 염과 1-하이그록시포스롤란 옥사이드의 염은 특히 포리에스테르나 폴리아미드와 같은 플라스틱용 난연제로서 유용하다. 알루미늄염이 바람직하다.

Claims (9)
- 화학식 (Ia) 또는 화학식 (Ib)의 1-하이드록시디하이드로포스폴 옥사이드의 염 및 화학식(2)의 1-하이드록시포스폴란 옥사이드의 염.상기 화학식 (Ia), (Ib), (2)에서, R1,R2,R3및 R4는 각각 수소 또는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬 라디칼, 바람직하게는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C1-C12-알킬 라디칼, 특히 바람직하게는 C1-C4-알킬 라디칼, 특히 메틸 또는 에틸이고, M은 주기율표의 제Ⅱ족 또는 제Ⅲa족 또는 제Ⅲb족의 금속, 특히 마그네슘, 칼슘, 아연 또는 알류미늄이며, n은 1,2 또는 3이다.
- 1-하이드록시디하이드로포스폴 옥사이드 및/또는 1-하이드록시포스폴란 옥사이드를 수용액 속에서 금속 탄산염, 금속 수산화물 또는 금속 산화물(여기서, 금속은 주기율표의 제Ⅱ족 또는 제Ⅲa족 또는 제Ⅲb족 금속이다)과 반응시킴을 포함하여, 제1항의 염을 제조하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 반응을 교반하면서 30 내지 150℃에서 수행하는 방법.
- 역사소성 플라스틱과 제1항의 염 하나 이상을 포함하는 성형 재료.
- 제4항에 있어서, 염을, 중합체의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 5 내지 30중량%의 양으로 포함하는 성형 재료.
- 열가소성 플라스틱, 특히 폴리에스테르 또는 폴리아미드용 난연제로서의 제1항에서 청구한 염의 용도.
- 제6항에 있어서, 염이 칼슘 염 또는 알루미늄 염인 용도.
- 성형품, 특히 전기 제품, 기게부품, 플러그, 마운트, 케이싱, 커버, 외장 또는 오버코트를 제조하기 위한, 제4항에서 청구한 성형 재료의 용도.
- 피막, 특히 화염 보호 피막에 있어서의 제1항에서 청구한 염의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
