Abstract

본 발명은 정형홀더 4개를 모니터의 EMI용 프레임에 미리 끼워 놓는 1차 준비 작업만 한 뒤 전자관에 디가우징코일을 올려 놓고 프레임을 프론트커버에 고정작업하는 과정중에 디가우징코일 홀더가 디가우징코일을 정형시키는 작업과 프레임고정 작업이 동시에 이루어질 수 있도록 하여 작업성향상 및 작업인원의 절감을 도모하도록 한 모니터의 디가우징코일고정장치에 관한 것으로, 프레임(10)에 일체로 조립되는 정형홀더(20)의 홀더몸체(21)와 일체로 형성되게 설정된 반경으로 굴곡되어 디가우징 코일을 고정시키는 탄성력의 안착부(22)와, 안착부(22)의 자유단에 연장되어 프레임(10)과 프론트커버(30)의 조립시 자연스럽게 디가우징코일(40)을 걷어 올려 안착부(22)로 안내하는 걸이편(23)으로 모니터의 디가우징코일고정장치를 구성한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 프레임에 일체로 조립되는 정형홀더의 홀더몸체와 일체로 형성되게 설정된 반경으로 굴곡되어 디가우징코일을 고정시키는 탄성력의 안착부와, 안착부의 자유단에 연장되어 프레임과 프론트커버의 조립시 자연스럽게 디가우징코일을 걷어 올려 안착부로 안내하는 걸이편으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 모니터의 디가우징코일고정장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프레임과 정형홀더의 조립고정수단은, 프레임에는 설정된 위치에 상호 대향되게 절곡되어 내측방향에 형성되는 홀더안착홈과, 홀더안착홈에 형성되는 홀더조립구멍을 각각 형성하고, 홀더에는 홀더안착홈에 안착되어 조립 위치를 설정하는 홀더몸체와, 홀더몸체에 일체로 돌출되게 형성되어 홀더조립구멍에 끼워져 일체로 조립되는 홀더고정스냅으로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모니터의 디가우징코일고정장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정형홀더의 걸이편은 내측으로 하향경사지게 절곡하여 디가우징코일을 자연스럽게 걷어올리도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 모니터의 디가우징코일고정장치.
