Abstract

본 발명은 범퍼 램프에 슬라이딩을 위한 가이드 턱을 형성시키고, 이 가이드 턱을 가이드하는 가이드가 형성된 브라켓을 구비하여 범퍼의 수용구내에서 체결하여, 외력에 의한 범퍼 램프의 파손을 막고, 범퍼 램프의 착탈을 용이하게 하는데 있다.
양측면에 형성된 가이크 턱(45)과, 상부 지지부(42) 및 하부 지지부(43)가 형성된 범퍼 램프(40)와, 상기 가이드 턱(45)을 가이딩하는 가이드(23)가 형성된 측면부(24)와, 상기 측면부(24)의 단부에 형성된 플랜지(21)와, 어펄츄어(30)가 형성되며 그 상부 어펄츄어(28)의 일측면에 부착된 상부 스프링 브라켓(26)과, 하부 어펄츄어(29)의 일측면에 부착된 하부 스프링 브라켓(27)을 가진 정면부(25)로 구성된 브라켓(20)과,
상기 브라켓(20)의 플랜지와 체결되는 보스(12)가 양측면에 형성된 범퍼 수용구(10)로 구성되어, 상기 헤드 램프(40)의 상부 및 하부 지지부(42, 43)는 상부 및 하부 스프링 브라켓(26, 27)에 의해 걸림되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 양측면에 형성된 가이드 턱(45)과, 상부 지지부(42) 및 하부 지지부(43)가 형성된 범퍼 램프(40)와,
    상기 가이드 턱(45)을 가이딩하는 가이드(23)가 형성된 측면부(24)와, 상기 측면부(24)의 단부에 형성된 플랜지(21)와, 어펄츄어(30)가 형성되며 그 상부 어펄츄어(28)의 일측면에 부착된 상부 스프링 브라켓(26)과, 하부 어펄츄어(29)의 일측면에 부착된 하부 스프링 브라켓(27)을 가진 정면부(25)로 구성된 브라켓(20)과,
    상기 브라켓(20)의 플랜지와 체결되는 보스(12)가 양측면에 형성된 범퍼 수용구(10)로 구성되어,
    상기 헤드 램프(40)의 상부 및 하부 지지부(42, 43)는 상부 및 하부 스프링 브라켓(26, 27)에 의해 걸림되는 것을 특징으로 하는 범퍼 램프 장착 장치.
