Abstract

본 발명은 안료분산형 칼라필터 및 이를 형성하기 위한 감광성수지조성물에 관한 것으로서, 안료, 결합용 수지 및 아크릴레이트 폴리머를 포함하는 안료분산형 칼라필터에 있어서, 상기 안료의 중량을 기준으로 하여 20 내지 50중량%의 형광안료가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안료분산형 칼라필터를 제공하고 있다. 본 발명에 의하면, 적절한 색구현 범위내에서 우수한 고투과율을 갖는 안료분산형 칼라필터를 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. 안료, 결합용 수지 및 아크릴레이트 폴리머를 포함하는 안료분산형 칼라필터에 있어서, 상기 안료의 중량을 기준으로 하여 20 내지 50중량%의 형광안료가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안료분산형 칼라필터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형광안료가 유로퓸 부활 산황화이트륨(Y2O2SZ : Eu), 구리, 금 부활, 알루미늄 공부활 황화아연(ZnS : Cu,Au,AL),구리 부활, 알루미늄 공부활 황화아연 (ZnS : Cu,Al), 은 부활, 염소 공부활 황화아연(ZnS : Ag,Cl)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 무기 형광안료인 것을 특징으로 하는 안료분산형 칼라필터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형광안료가 딕산틸렌, 2,2'-디히드록시-α-나프탈다딘, 안스파라피리미딘, 로다민, 에오신, 브릴런트 설포플라벤 FF, 피라미딘 및 4-아미노-1,8-나프탈-p-디페닐아미드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 안료분산형 칼라필터.
  4. 안료, 결합용 수지, 광중합성 모노머, 광중합 개시제 및 분산제로 이루어진 칼라필터 형성용 감광성수지 조성물에 있어서, 상기 안료의 중량을 기준으로 하여 20 내지 50중량%의 형광안료가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라필터 형성용 감광성수지조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 형광안료가 유로품 부활산황화이트륨(Y2O2S : Eu), 구리 금 부활, 알루미늄 공부활 황화아연(ZnS:Cu,Au,AL), 구리 부활, 알루미늄 공부활 황화아연(ZnS : Cu,Al), 은 부활, 염소 공부활 황화아연(ZnS : Ag,Cl)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 무기 형광안료인 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라필터 형성용 감광성수지 조성물.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 형광안료가 딕산틸렌, 2,2'-디히드록시-α-나프탈다딘, 안스파라피리미딘, 로다민, 에오신, 브릴런트 설포플라벤 FF, 피라미딘 및 4-아미노-1.8-나프탈-p-디페닐아미드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 유기 형광안료인 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라필터 형성용 감광성수지 조성물.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 결합용 수지가 아크릴수지, 에폭시수지 및 폴리이미드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라필터 형성용 감광성수지 조성물.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 광중합성 모노머가 펜타에리트리톨테트라아크릴레이트, 2-에틸핵실아크릴레이트 및 n-부틸아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라필터 형성용 감광성수지 조성물.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 광중합 개시제가 2-하이드록시-2-메틸-1-페닐프로판-1-은, 1-하이드록시사이클로핵실페닐케톤, 1-(4-이소프로필페닐)-2-하이드록시-2-메틸프로판-1-은 및 벤질디메틸케탈로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라필터 형성용 감광성수지 조성물.
