Abstract

본 발명은 전주, 가로등폴대, 교량구조물등의 아연도금시 탈지조(30초)→수세조(10초)→제1염산조(90초)→제2염산조(90초)→제1수세조(10초)→제2수세조(35초)→후락스조(5초)→예열조(60초)→도금조(50~90초)→냉각조(10초)→완제품의 도금처리방법을 거치므로서 도금대상물이 도금조에 침전시 용융된 도금물이 튀는 것을 방지하고 도금피막두께의 조절이 용이하며, 도금용액의 소모를 줄이고, 연료를 절약할 수 있도록 창안된 아연도금처리 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 전주, 가로등폴대, 교량구조물등의 아연(Zn) 도금대상물을 탈지조(1)에서 약30초간 기름을 탈지한 후 수세조(2)에서 약 10초동안 물세척한 다음 제1염산조(3)에서 약90초간 1차로 녹을 제거한 후 제2염산조(3')에서 약 90초간 2차로 녹을 완전제거하고 히터장치가된 제1수세조(4)에서 10초간 세척후 제4수세조(4')에서 35초간 세척한 다음 염소1 : 암모늄2 : 물7의 비율로된 후락스조(5)에서 5초간 침전시킨 다음 예열조(6)에서 약 60초동안 건조와 동시에 도금대상물의 몸체온도를 상승시켜 아연용융도금조(7)에서 약 50~90초간 침전시켜 아연(Zn) 도금한 후 냉각조(8)에서 약 10초간 냉각처리하여 완제품을 얻을 수 있도록 하는 실시방법을 특징으로 하는 아연도금처리방법.
