Abstract
본 발명은 아이어닝(ironing) 가공의 경우, 정형명의 끝단에서 돌출되는 버르(burr) 발생을 억제할 수 있는 가공소재를 제공하는 것으로서, 아이어닝 가공이 실행되는 가공소재(21)의 피 아이어닝면(8c,8d)의 단에 아이어닝 가공을 끝내는 아이어닝 펀치(24)의 미끄럼 운동에 따라서 동일 방향에 방생하는 휨(변형)을 피하는 경사면(23a,23b)을 형성하여 단면에 발생하는 버르의 발생의 억제하도록 이루어진 것이다.

Claims (3)
- 피 아이어닝 면(8c,8d)을 가지며, 상기 피 아이어닝 면을 펀치부재(24)에 의해 밀어눌러 미끄럼운동하는 것에 의해 아이어닝 가공되어 정형되는 가공소재(21)에 있어서, 상기 피 아이어닝 면(8c,8b)의 끝단부(8e)에 상기 아이어닝 가공에서 상기 펀치부재(24)의 눌러 접촉하는 미끄럼운동에 따라서 그 미끄러 방향에 발생하는 휨(변형)을 피하는 경사부(23a,23b)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 피 아이어닝 면을 구비하는 가공소재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경사부(23a,23b)는 그 경사각이 45도 미만으로 되도록 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 피 아이어닝 면을 구비하는 가공소재.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 경사부(23a,23b)는 그 경사각이 30도에 가깝게 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 피 아이어닝 면을 구비하는 가공소재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 공개하는 것임.
