Abstract

본 발명은 비정질 또는 미세결정질의 희토류계 합금분말을 이용한 수지 자석 제조시 튜브를 적용하여 내식성, 열적/ 기계적 내충격성이 우수한 희토류계 수지 자석을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 비정질 또는 미세결정질의 희토류계 합금분말을 이용한 수지자석 제조시 튜브를 적용하여 내식성, 열적/기계적 내출격성이 우수한 희토류계 수지 자석을 제조하고자 하는 것이다.

튜브를 이용한 희토류계 수지 자석의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 희토류계 수지 자석 제조방법을 나타내는 공정도,
제2도는 본 발명의 튜브에 끼워진 희토류계 합금분말과 수지의 혼합성형체로써 (가)는 원통형 튜브에 끼워진 상태도, (나)는 사각형 튜브에 끼워진 상태도,
제3도는 본 발명의 희토류계 합금분말과 수지를 압축성형한 후 튜브레 끼우는 상태를 나타낸 공정도.

Claims (8)

  1. 희토류계 수지자석을 제조함에 있어서, 튜브가 끼워진 희토류계 합금분말과 수지 및 기타 첨가제의 혼합성형체를 사용하여 수지의 경화 온도에서 큐어링하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브를 이용한 희토류계 수지 자석의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 희토류계 합금분말은 하나 또는 그 이상의 희토류 원소, 하나 또는 그 이상의 천이금속, 붕수, 탄소, 질소 가운데 하나 또는 그 이상의 원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브를 이용한 희토류계 수지 자석의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 튜브를 사용함에 있어서, 튜브의 재질은 금속, 금속합금, 플라스틱, 비닐 등 튜브모양을 갖는 것중 어느 하나를 선택적으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브를 이용한 희토류계 수지 자석의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 성형체를 압축 성형시 가압 방향이 튜브면에 수직인 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브를 이용한 희토류계 수지 자석의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 성형체의 압축 성형시 금형은 개방형, 반폐쇄형, 폐쇄형의 금형중 어느 하나의 금형을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브를 이용한 희토류계 수지 자석의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항 및 제5항에 있어서, 반폐쇄형 금형을 사용시 금형의 가공 안길이(Dd)가 튜브의 길이(Cd)와 같거나 긴 금형을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브를 이용한 희토류계 수지 자석의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 의하여 얻어진 희토류계 수지 자석의 모든 면을 부식 및 깨짐등으로부터 보호하기 위하여 에폭시코팅, 전기도금, 전착도장등과 같은 방법으로 표면처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브를 이용한 희토류계 수지 자석의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 의하여 얻어진 희토류계 수지 자석을 희토류계 합금이 노출된 부위의 면만을 부식 및 깨짐등으로부터 보호하기 위하여 에폭시코팅, 전기도금, 전착도장등과 같은 방법으로 표면처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브를 이용한 희토류계 수지 자석의 제조방법.
