Claims (4)
- 제품을 캡슐화하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 제품을 열경화 수지 분말 코우팅 합성물로 분말 코우팅하여 제품 주위에 열경화 수지 합성물의 용융층을 형성하고, (b) 단계(a)에서 얻어진 열경화 수지 합성물의 용융층을 모울드내에서 열경화 수지 합성물의 연화점 보다 낮은 온도로 모울드를 유지하면서 압력하에 캐스팅하여, 소정의 형상을 갖는 고형의 열경화 수지 합성물의 성형층을 제품 주위에 형성시키고, 그리고, (c)단계 (b)에서 얻어진 고형층을 가열하여 열경화 수지를 경화시키는 단계를 갖는 캡슐화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 캐스팅은 열경화 수지 합성물의 연화점보다 5 내지 100℃ 낮은 온도에서 수행되는 캡슐화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(c)는, 고형층을 고형층의 연화점보다 -100 내지 +100℃높은 제1차 온도에서, 고형층이 불용성이 될 때까지 장기간 가열하고, 그리고 불용층을 제1차 온도보다 높은 제2차 온도에서 가열하여 열경화 수지를 완전히 경화시키는 보조단계를 갖는 캡슐화 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2차 온도는 상기 연화점 보다 10 내지 140℃ 높은 캡슐화 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
