Abstract
본 발명은 CCD 고체촬상소자에서 사용되는 칼라필터에 관한 것으로서, 특히 정확한 얼라인이 요구되지 않고, 카라필터층에 해상도에 구애받지 않고 높은 개구율을 확보하여 선명한 화질을 얻을 수 있는 LCD용 칼라필터에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 유리기판의 전면상에 광차폐층이 형성되고, 이웃하는 광차폐층간에 걸쳐 R, G, B 3색의 칼라필터층이 형성된 LCD용 칼라필터에 있어서, 유리기판의 배면중 광차폐층에 대응되는 부분에 광분산층이 형성된 구조를 갖는다.

제2도는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 LCD용 칼라필터의 단면 구조도,
제3도(A)-(H)는 제2도의 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 LCD용 칼라필터의 제조공정도.
Claims (7)
- 유리기판(11)의 전면상에 광차폐층(12)이 형성되고, 이웃하는 광차폐층간에 걸쳐 R, G, B 3색의 칼라필터층(13-1 - 13-3)이 형성된 칼라필터에 있어서, 유리기판(11)의 배면중 광차폐층(12)에 대응되는 부분에 광분산층(15)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD용 칼라필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광분산층(15)은 레지스트막으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD용 칼라필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광분산층은 볼록한 렌즈형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD용 칼라필터.
- 유리기판(11)의 배면상에 광분산용 레지스트막(15A)을 도포하는 공정과, 광분산용 레지스트막(15A)상에 무기질층(16)을 형성하는 공정과, 기판(11)의 전면상에 서로 일정간격을 두고 광차폐층(12)을 형성하는 공정과, 기판(11)상에 칼라필터용 안료를 도포한 후 노광 및 현상하는 공정을 반복 수행하여 광차폐층사이에 오버랩되는 칼라필터층(13-1 - 13-3)을 형성하는 공정과, 칼라필터층(13-1 - 13-3)을 덮도록 보호막(14)을 기판상에 형성하는 공정과, 배면의 무기질층(16)을 제거하는 공정과, 광분산용 레지스트막(15A)을 패터닝하는 공정과, 패터닝된 광분산용 레리스트막(15A)을 플로우시켜 볼록한 렌즈형태의 광분산층(15)을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD용 칼라필터의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 무기질층(16)으로 크롬막 또는 텅스텐 실리사이드등이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD용 칼라필터의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 광분산용 레지스트막(15A)은 칼라필터층의 노광공정시 광에 의해 함께 노광되어 바로 현상공정을 수행하여 패터닝하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD용 칼라필터의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 무기질층(16)은 칼라필터층을 위한 노광공정시 기판의 불균일한 반사를 감소시키는 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD용 칼라필터의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
