Abstract
본 발명은 냉동시스템 모터 냉각에 관한 것으로서, 열교환기타입 절탄기(30)를 통해 팽창된 유동이 전자팽창밸브(TXV 또는 EXV)로 조절되고 모터(13)를 냉각하도록 모터-압축기(12)의 모터(13)로 공급된다. 이 전자 팽창밸브는 서미스터(42)로 감지된 모터 권선(13-1)의 온도에 응듭하는 마이크로프로세서(10)에 의해 조절된다.

Claims (4)
- 모터(13)와 압축기(14)를 포함하는 모터-압축기(12), 배출라인(18), 응축기(27), 열교환기 절탄기(30), 팽창장치(32), 장발기(36)및 흡입라인(16), 및 온도조절수단을 직렬로 포함하는 폐쇄 냉동시스템은, 상기 모터(13)의 작동온도를 나타내는 매개변수를 감지하는 감지수단(40), 상기 모터(13)를 냉각하기 위해 상기 절탄기(30)를 통하여 팽창된 유동을 상기모터-압축기(12)에 공급하기 위한 공급수단(28), 상기 감지수단(40)에 응답하여 팽창된 냉매유동을 공급하는 상기 공급수단(28)을 조절하기 위한 조절수단(10)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄 냉동시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급수단(28)은 전자팽창밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄 냉동시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 또한 상기 배출라인(18)에 온도감지수단을 포함하고 상기 조절수단(10)은 또한 상기 배출라인(18)에서 상기 온도감지수단에 응답하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄 냉동시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모터-압축기(12)의 상기 압축기(14)는 단상 압축기이고 상기 절탄기(30)를 통한 상기 팽창된 유동은 상기 모터-압축기(12)의 상기 모터(13)에 단독으로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐쇄 냉동시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
