Abstract

본 발명은 음식물의 종류 및 무게를 선택 감지하여조리온도 및 조리시간을 조절하는 가스 컨백션 오븐 렌지의 자동 요리 조절 장치에 관한 것으로서, 조리선택부와 무게감지부, 제어부 및 조절부로 구성되어있고, 사용자가 스위치를 온하고 요리를 선택하여 조리물의 초기무게를 감지하여 그 무게가 설정무게(X)와 동일한 가를 판별하는 스텝 100과; 스텝 100에서 설정무게(X)와 동일하면 조리온도를 설정온도로 가열하여 요리한 후 일정시간이 지났는 가를 판단하는 스텝 102와; 상기 스텝 102에서 일정시간이 지났음이 판명되면 가스공급을 차단하고 가스불꽃을 소화시킨 후 일정시간이 지났는 가를 판단하는 스텝 104와; 상기 스텝 104에서 일정시간이 지났음이 판명되면 조리 온도가 또다른 설정온도보다 낮은 가를 판단하는 스텝 105와; 상기 스텝 105에서 조리온도가 설정온도보다 낮으면 가스공급과 가스 불꽃의 점화하고 그 후에 일정시간이 지났는 가를 판단하는 스텝 106으로 이루어진 수순을 가진다.

  1. 조리물의 종류를 선택하며 조작패널(P)에 설치된 조리물 선택부(11)와; 상기 조리물 선택부(11)에서 선택된 조리물이 위치하는 선반의 하부에 설치된 무게감지부(12)와; 상기 무게감지부(12)에서 감지된 조리물의 무게에 대한 정보를 입력받아 설정된 데이타와 비교검출하여 이에 대한 검출치를 출력하는 제어부(14)와; 상기 제어부(14)에서 출력된 소정의 데이타 신호에 따라 가스의 공급량을 조절하는 조절부(16)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 가스 컨백션 오븐렌지의 자동 요리 조절 장치.
