Abstract

본 발명은 투레버타입의 트랜스미션용 시프팅 장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 변속레버와 트랜스미션사이의 변속력 전달 수단으로서 고강도의 가요성 케이블을 이용하는 단순구조이고 이 케이블을 작동시키는 셀렉트레버와 시프트축을 구비시키므로서, 체인지레버의 조작력 강화에 따른 운전자의 피로도 감소효과, 제작공정의 단순화효과 및 그에 따른 제작비 대폭 절감효과를 얻을 수 있도록 하고, 구조단순화에 따른 고장요인의 제거와 그에 따른 고장발생 우려의 최소화 효과 및 유지보수관리상의 편리성 증대효과를 공히 얻을 수 있도록 한데 그 특징이 있다.

제 1 도는 종래의 T/M 조절시스템의 구성도.
제 2 도는 본 발명의 콘트롤박스가 운전석 시트에 장착된 상태의 사시도이다.
제 3 도는 본 발명의 변속레버와 트랜스미션을 케이블로 연결한 상태도.
제 4 도는 본 발명의 따른 변속레버장치의 평면도.
제 5a 도는 본 발명에 따른 셀렉트레버가 중앙부에 위치한 상태.
제 5b 도는 셀렉트레버가 전방에 위치한 상태.
제 5c 도는 셀렉트레버가 후방에 위치한 상태도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 요크(20)하부로 고정핀 작동홈(24)을 갖는 요크 슬리이브(22)를 형성하고, 상기 요크(20)에 요크고정축(26)으로 회동될 수 있게 고정되는 시프트몸체(30)하부로 시프트축(34)을 형성하고 상기 시프트축(34)에는 셀렉트레버(42)와 고정핀 작동홈(24)으로 끼워지는 고정핀(44)을 갖는 셀렉트 몸체(40)를 회동될 수 있게 고정하였으며, 상기 시프트몸체 (30)는 브라켓트(10)에 시프트몸체 고정축(32)으로 회동될 수 있게 고정하고, 상기 셀렉트레버(42)에는 셀렉트 케이블(46)을 연결하며, 시프트축(34)에는 시프트 케이블(36)을 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 투레버타입의 T/M용 변속기어 시프팅장치.
