Abstract

본 발명은 베어링하우징 고정구조에 관한 것으로, 베어링(1)이 내부에 설치된 베어링하우징(2)을 좌,우양측의 체결면(2a,2b)에 천공된 체결공(2c,2d)에 보울트(3a,3b)를 끼워 플레이트(4)의 좌,우 양측에 천공된 체결공(4a,4b)에 체결시키도록 된 것에 있어서, 플레이트(4)의 체결공(4a,4b) 하면에는 소정의 두께를 갖는 너트(5a,5b)를 용접 부착시키고, 보울트(3a,3b)의 나사부는 상기 너트(5a,5b)의 하단까지 결합 가능한 길이가 되도록 하고, 보울트(3a,3b)에는 풀림방지용 와셔(6a,6b)를 끼워 보울트의 풀림에 의한 베어링의 파손을 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

  1. 베어링(1)이 내부에 설치된 베어링하우징(2)을 좌,우양측의 체결면(2a,2b)에 천공된 체결공(2c,2d)에 보울트(3a,3b)를 끼워 플레이트(4)의 좌,우 양측에 천공된 체결공(4a,4b)에 체결시키도록 된 베어링하우징 고정구조에 있어서, 상기 플레이트(4)의 체결공(4a,4b) 하면에는 소정의 두께를 갖는 너트(5a,5b)를 용접 부착시키고, 상기 보울트(3a,3b)의 나사부는 너트(5a,5b)의 하단까지 결합 가능한 길이가 되도록 하고, 상기 보울트(3a,3b)에는 풀림방지용 와셔(6a,6b)를 끼운 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링하우징 고정구조.
