Abstract

본 발명은 블로바이가스 환원장치의 개선된 벤틸레이션 벨브를 개시한다.
종래에는 단순히 엔진의 부하에 따라 가스량만을 조정하는 것이었으므로 블로바이가스 중에 포함된 엔진오일을 완전히 분리할 수 없는 문제가 있었다.
본 발명에서는 격벽에 의해 구획된 몸체의 분리실에 제1 및 제2의 분리판을 적정간격으로 배치하고, 분리실과 로커커버를 연결하는 배출호스를 구비하여 블로바이가스 중의 유분을 완전하게 분리하여 순수가스만을 흡기계로 유입되도록 하였다.

Claims (3)

  1. 로커커버에 연통하도록 설치되어 엔진의 부하에 따라 흡기계로 유입되는 블로바이가스의 양을 조정하는 블로바이가스 환원장치의 벤틸레이션 밸브에 있어서, 그 몸체(11)를 분리실(15)과 유입실(16)로 구획하며 양자간을 연통시키는 슬롯(14a)이 형성된 격벽(14)과, 상기 분리실(15)에 적정간격으로 이격 배치되어 상기 블로바이가스(S2) 중에 포함된 유분을 분리시키는 제1 및 제2의 분리판(17)(18)과, 상기 분리판(17)(18)들에 의해 분리된 유분을 상기 로커커버(R)로 배출시키는 배출호스(21)를, 구비하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로바이가스 환원장치의 벤틸레이션 밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1분리판(17)이 원반형의 메시형상으로 구성되고, 상기 제2분리판(18)이 원반형의 몸체에 다수의 유로(18a)가 형성되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로바이가스 환원장치의 벤틸레이션 밸브.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2의 분리판(17)(18)이 상기 몸체(11)의 축방향에 대해 소정각도 경사지게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로바이가스 환원장치의 벤틸레이션 벨브.
