Abstract
본 발명은 부식방지용 색소 및 이의 사용에 관한 것으로서 더욱 상세하게는 β-트리칼슘포스페이트에 3차 마그네슘포스페이트 또는 디칼슘포스페이트 이수화물이 혼합되어 있어서 금속과 금속합금의 표면을 보호하는 활성 부식방지용 색소와 이의 사용방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)
- β-트리칼슘포스페이트와, 3차 인산마그네슘 또는 디칼슘포스페이트 이수화물로 이어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 금속이나 금속합금의 표면보호를 위한 인산함유 부식방지용 색소
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 색소는 β-트리칼슘포스페이트 25-75중량%와 3차 인산마그네슘 75-25중량%로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 부식방지용 색소.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 색소는 β-트리칼슘포스페이트 50중량%와 3차 인산마그네슘 50중량%로 이루어지거나, 또는 β-트리칼슘포스페이트 35중량%와 디칼슘포스페이트 65중량%로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 부식방지용 색소
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 색소는 5㎛ 이하의 입자크기를 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 부식방지용 색소.
- 제1항의 부식방지용 색소를 염료 및 다른 페인트 성분, 특히 수용성 화합물과 혼합하여 사용하는 방법.
