Abstract

본 발명은 아연말(징크다스크)를 함유한 스틸밴드(대강) 도장용의 수용성 방청도료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 종래 사용되어 왔던 아연말이 함유된 스틸밴드 도장용 유성계 에폭시도료는 도막건조과정에서의 이산화탄소발생등 유해가스를 생성 배출시키고, 도장작업시 유기용제 성분의 휘발에 의해서 작업자의 건강을 해치고 근무의욕을 저하시키며 건조과정에서 화재발생위험도가 높은 등의 단점과, 비히클로 사용되는 에폭시수지가 안료분산성, 유기용제에의 용해성이 나빠서 안료침전에 의한 케이크화 및 수지안료간 충분리현상이 심하여 계속적인 교반을 필요로 하는 불편함을 개선하기 위하여, 비히클로서 수용성의 알키드 수지, 변성알키드수지, 아크릴수지, 변성아크릴수지, 수성의 에폭시수지, 수분산된 우레탄수지가 함유된 수지를 중량부리 10~50% 함유하고 아연말을 중량비로 40~80% 함유하는, 스틸밴드 도장용의 수용성 방청도료 조성뭍을 제공한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 비히클로서 수용성의 알키드수지, 변성알키드수지, 아크릴수지, 변성아크릴수지, 수성의 에폭시수지, 수분산된 우레탄수지가 함유된 수지가 중량비로 10~50%이고 아연말이 중량비로 40~80% 함유된, 스틸밴드 도장용의 수용성 방청도료 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 경화용수지로써 수용성의 헥사메톡시 메칠화멜라민, 또는 부분 알키레이트 메칠화 멜라민수지를 고형분 중량비로 0.5~10% 함유된, 스틸밴드 도장용의 수용성 방청도료 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 경화용수지로써 수웅성의 헥사메톡시 메칠화멜라민과 부분 알키레이트 메칠화 멜라민수지를 함께 사용하는, 스틸밴드 도장용의 수용성 방청도료 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 첨전방지제로서 오르가노클레이, 폴리카복실산 암모늄, 또는 실리카가 함유된, 스틸밴드 도장용의 수성용 방청도료 조성물.
