Abstract

과제: 귀금속 장식품 등에 있어서 귀금속 표면 또는 귀금속 합금 표면의 부식에 의한 변색을 방지한다. 수단: 실시예에서는 온도금을 실시한 기판표면에 이온플레이팅법에 의해 산질화알루미늄(AINO)에 의한 투명보호막을 막두께 0.1㎛로 형성하였다. 비교예에서는 투명보호막으로서 Al2O3막, AIN막을 각각 개별적으로 형성하였다. 대조로서 투명보호막을 형성하지 않은 은도금 기판을 준비하였다. 투명보호막을 형성한 기판 3종에 대하여 막을 내박리성, 은도금면의 색조, 황화에 의한 은도금면의 변색, 및 은도금면의 내광성을 비교하였다. 그결과, AlNO막은 내박리성이 Al2O3막보다 우수하고, 색조가 Al2O3막, AIN막의 어느 것보다 우수하여 대조에 가까웠다. 내광성에 관해서는 대조가 변색하는데 비해, AINO막은 변색하지 않았다.

Claims (2)

  1. 금, 은, 백금 또는 동표며에, 또는 이들 금속으로 구성되는 군에서 임의로 선택된 적어도 1종의 금속을 포함한 귀금속 합금표면에, 또는 표면에 금, 은, 백금, 혹은 동 도금을 실시한 구조체 표면에, 산질화알루미늄(AINO)의 투명보호막을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 투명보호막을 형성한 구조체.
  2. 금, 은, 백금 또는 동표며에, 또는 이들 금속으로 구성되는 군에서 임의로 선택된 적어도 1종의 금속을 포함한 귀금속 합금표면에, 또는 표면에 금, 은, 백금, 혹은 동 도금을 실시한 구조체 표면에, 물리적 기상증착법에 의해 산질화알루미늄이 투명보호막을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 투명보호막을 형성한 구조체의 제조방법.
