Abstract

제철소에서 부산물로 발생하는 백운석 슬러지를 이용하여 배가스중에 함유한 SOx가스를 제거하는 방법이 제공된다. 백운석 슬러지를 NaOH등의 알카리 수용액으로 처리하여 이를 탈황제로 사용하면 종래의 탈황제보다 그 효과가 우수하다. 상기 방법대로 폐자원의 재활용 측면 뿐만 아니라 환경오염문제 측면에서도 유용하고 탈황효과도 우수하다.Provided is a method for removing SOx gas contained in flue gas using dolomite sludge generated as a by-product from an ironworks. When dolomite sludge is treated with an aqueous alkali solution such as NaOH and used as a desulfurization agent, the effect is superior to conventional desulfurization agents.
