Abstract
A method for wet de-sulfurization and de-nitrate, it includes: (1) Pass waste gas contained SO2 and Nox through 1st tower contained alkalinity absorbent, by contacting both, and using absorbent to absorb SO2 and to react into waste liquid contained sulfite and sulfite-hydrogen. In which, the 1st tower is a de-sulfurization tower, and the alkalinity absorbent is selected from NaOH solution, KOH solution, MgOH solution and one of CaCO3 or NaCO3. (2) Pass the remaining waste gas that has removed SO2 already through 2nd tower contained oxidation absorbent, by contacting both, then oxidation the NO contained inside waste gas into NO2 that is absorbed by oxidation absorbent to remove. In which, the 2nd tower is an oxidation de-nitrate tower, and the oxidation absorbent is NaClO2. (3) Pass waste liquid contained sulfite and sulfite-hydrogen through 3rd tower contained alkalinity absorbent, and contact with remaining waste gas in above (2) step and alkalinity absorbent to remove NO2 un-removed by (2) and small amount Cl2. In which, the 3rd tower is de-nitrate tower, and the alkalinity absorbent is selected from NaOH solution, KOH solution, MgOH solution and one of CaCO3 or Na2CO3.
