A device for producing aqueous ammonia, which is characterized in comprising a cleaning tank (A), which sprays ammonia gas into saturated aqueous ammonia and uses saturated aqueous ammonia to clean the ammonia gas; a mist separator (B), which removes mists from the ammonia gas recycled from the cleaning tank; and an absorption apparatus (C), which enables the ammonia gas recycled from the mist separator to be absorbed by water.
