Abstract
본 발명은 산업폐기물로 분류되어 톤 당 고가의 처리비용이 소요되는 제염공정 폐기물인 폐석고를 이용하여 산업 폐수 처리 방법에 관한 것으로써, 제염공정 폐기물인 기계염, 천일염 등의 제염공정에서 발생한 석고나 이를 탈 소금하거나 건조시킨 석고를 혼합하여 슬러리화한 석고와 이를 건조시킨 석고를 가성소다, 생석회, 소석회, 시멘트, 슬래그 등 알카리제를 단독이나 병행 사용하여 pH=10이상으로 유지한 산업 폐수에 (원 폐수의 pH가 11 이상일 경우는 가성소다, 생석회, 소석회, 시멘트, 슬래그 등 알칼리제를 사용하지 않을 수 있음) 주입하여(폐수 성상에 따라 응집효고를 높이기 위하여 폐수에 소다회, 탄산암모늄 등 카보네이트 화합물을 적당량 넣을 수 있음)이 용액을 수 분 동안 교반한 후 응집 침전 시키거나 침전 용액을 여과시켜 색도, 총 인, 총 질소, 탁도, 부유 고형물, 유기물 등을 저감하는 것을 특징으로 한다.The present invention relates to an industrial wastewater treatment method using waste gypsum, which is a decontamination process waste, which is classified as industrial waste and requires a high treatment cost per ton, and includes gypsum generated in a decontamination process such as decontamination waste, such as mechanical salt and sun salt.
