Abstract

본 발명은 아세트화 아크릴 공중합체 수지를 모체로 제조하여 방수 물성이 우수한 고분자 시멘트 방수제에 관한 것으로서, 라우리메타아크릴레이트와 아크릴아마이드를 부가 중합하고 아세트산을 첨가하여 제조한 공중합체를 70∼80℃의 물에 용해시킨 아세트화 아크릴 공중합 수지의 수용액(수지함량 40∼60wt%) 100 중량부와; PVA,CMC,비이온 계면활성제를 물에 용해한 PVA 수용액 50∼200 중량부로 조성된 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 라우릴메타아크릴레이트와 아크릴아마이드를 부가 중합하고 아세트산을 첨가하여 제조한 공중합체를 70∼80℃의 물에 용해시킨 아세트화 아크릴 공중합 수지의 수용액(수지함량 40∼60wt%) 100 중량부와; PVA,CMC,비이온 계면활성제를 물에 용해한 PVA 수용액 50∼200 중량부; 로 조성되는 고분자 시멘트 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아세트화 아크릴 공중합 수지가, 라우릴메타아크릴레이트 100중량부에 아크릴아마이드 30∼120 중량부 및 2,2-아조비스아이소부티로니트릴 0.75∼4 중량부의 비로 혼합하되, 2,2-아조비스아이소부티로니트릴은 톨루엔에 용해된 상태로 혼합한 후 용액 중합시키는 단계; 상기 용액 중합 반응에 의해 생성된 투명한 점조상의 공중합체를 메탄올에 재결정시킨 후 건조시키는 단계; 상기에서 건조된 공중합체 100중량부에 대하여 아세트산 12.5∼37.5 중량부를 첨가, 숙성시키는 단계로 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 고분자 시멘트 방수제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리비닐알콜 수용액은 물 100 중량부를 85℃ 정도로 가열 및 200∼300rpm의 속도로 교반하면서 PVA 4.0 중량부를 서서히 첨가하여 PVA 입자가 보이지 않도록 완전히 용해시키고 상온에 방치하여 온도를 40℃로 내린 다음, 소듐카르복시메틸셀르로이즈(C.M.C) 12.0 중량부,비이온계면활성제 1∼3중량부 및 40℃의 물 100 중량부를 더 첨가하고 30분간 150∼200rpm의 속도로 교반하여 제조한 것임을 특징으로 하는 고분자 시멘트 방수제.
