Abstract

본 발명은 수용성 메탈릭 도료에 프로스트 효과의 부여를 가능케하는 입자경(150∼300㎚) 및 150도 이상에서도 보이드 형태를 유지하는 내부 기공을 가지는 아크릴 유화 중합체를 함유하는 수용성 메탈릭 도료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 주수지, 경화수지, 내부기공 함유 코어-쉘 유화 중합체, 알루미늄 페이스트, 중점제, 분산제 및 조용제로 구성된 수용성 메탈릭 도료 조성물에 있어서, 상기 주수지로서 폴리우레탄 수분산 수지를 전체 도료 고형분으로 30∼80 중량%이고, 경화수지로서 메틸 또는 아미노기를 함유하는 멜라민 수지를 전체 도료 고형분으로 10∼60 중량%이며, 상기 주수지와 경화수지의 고형분 중량비를 5:1∼2:1로 하고, 프로스트 이펙트를 위한 마이크로 티탄올 대체를 목적으로 하는 내부기공 함유 코어-쉘 유화 중합체는 상기 알루미늄 페이스트와 고형분비로 0.5:1∼1:0.5 중량비 및 전체 도료의 1∼20 중량%로 적용된다.

Claims (7)

  1. 주수지, 경화수지, 내부기공 함유 코어-쉘 유화 중합체, 알루미늄 페이스트, 중점제, 분산제 및 조용제로 구성된 수용성 메탈릭 도료 조성물에 있어서, 상기 주수지로서 폴리우레탄 수분산 수지를 전체 도료 고형분으로 30∼80 중량%이고, 경화수지로서 메틸 또는 이미노기를 함유하는 멜라민 수지를 전체 도료 고형분으로 10∼60 중량%이며, 상기 주수지와 경화수지의 고형분 중량비를 5:1∼2:1로 하고, 프로스트 이펙트를 위한 마이크로 티탄올 대체로 목적으로 하는 내부기공 함유 코어-쉘 유화 중합체는 상기 알루미늄 페이스트와 고형분비로 0.5:1∼1:0.5 중량비 및 전체 도료의 1∼20 중량%로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 메탈릭 도료 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 주수지로서의 폴리우레탄 수분산 수지는 산가 10∼50㎎KOH/g, 중량 평균 분자량 10000∼100000이고, 그 적용량은 최종 도료 고형분의 40∼45 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 메탈릭 도료 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 내부기공 함유 코어-쉘 유화 중합체는 0.2∼0.4 마이크론의 입자경을 가지며 150도씨 이상의 온도에서도 기공의 형태를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 메탈릭 도료 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 코어-쉘 유화 중합체와 혼용되는 알루미늄 페이스트는 수용성 도료에의 적용을 목적으로 하여 유기 또는 무기 인히비팅 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 메탈릭 도료 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 적용되는 중점제는 아민류에 의해 중화되어 자체 상 팽창에 의해 중점 효과 및 도장작업시의 유동 특성을 부여하는 알칼리 스웰러블 타입의 아크레이트계 중합체로서 그 적용량을 전체 도료 고형분으로 0.005∼0.1 중량%로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 수용성 메탈릭 도료 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분산제는 알루미늄 페이스트의 재응집을 방지하기 위함으로 그 적용량은 전체 도료 고형분으로 0.001∼0.1 중량%로 첨가됨을 특징으로하는 수용성 메탈릭 도료 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조용제는 부틸글리콜과 부틸카비톨 및 프로파놀을 조합하여 사용하고, 전체 수용성 도료 조성물에 대하여 2∼20 중량%로 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 수용성 메탈릭 도료 조성물.
