Abstract

일가 알코올 수용액에 용해된 열가소성 아크릴 중합체를 포함하는 수성 에어로졸 코팅 조성물이 제공된다.
상기 수성 에어로졸 코팅 조성물 부터 제조된 피막에 필요한 광택도 및 내알칼리성을 부여하기 위해 상기 코팅 조성물을 나아가 규준양의 수용성 혹은 물로 묽게할 수 있는 아크릴 중합체와 혼합할 수 있다. 본 발명의 조성물은 현재 사용되는 수성 시스템에 비하여 건조속도, 경도 및 내알칼리성을 제공하는 것이다.

Claims (10)

1가 알코올 수용액에 용해되어 용해된 아크릴 용액이 되는 열가소성 아크릴 중합체를 포함하며, 열가소성 아크릴 중합체의 중량평균 분자량은 105,000-200,000인 수성 에어로졸 코팅 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 용해된 아크릴 용액은 상기 열가소성 아크릴 중합체를 5-45중량% 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 아크릴 중합체의 Tg는 35-150℃ 임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 아크릴 중합체의 산값은 2-12임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
1항에 있어서, 상기 수용액은 이소프로판올, n-부탄올 및 3A 알코올로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 일가 알코올을 60-95중량% 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
1항에 있어서, 나아가 상기 용해된 아크릴 용액과 필요한 광택도 및 내알킬성을 제공하는 규준양(controlling amount)의 물-기초 아크릴 중합체로 된 혼합물을 포함하며, 상기 물-기초 아크릴 중합체는 수용성 아크릴 중합체, 물로 묽게할 수 있는 아크릴 중합체 및 이들의 결합으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
6항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물에서 수용성 아크릴 중합체의 규준양은 상기 혼합물의 2-12중량%이며, 상기 수용성 아크릴 중합체는 중량 평균분자량이 20,000-200,000이며, Tg가 30-140℃이고, 산값이 30-160인 아크릴 중합체임을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
1항에 있어서, 나아가 20중량% 미만의 안료 및 3중량%의 미만의 계면활성계, pH 안정화제, 기포 형성방지제, 가소제, 건조제 및 이들의 결합을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
기질 표면이 청구범위 1항의 조성물로 된 피막.
1가 알코올을 물에 첨가하여 수용액을 제조하는 단계; 중량 평균 분자량이 105,000-200,000인 열가소성 아크릴 중합체를 상기 수용액에 용해시켜 용해된 아크릴 용액을 제조하는 단계; 수성 코팅 조성물로 부터 형성된 피막에 필요한 광택도 및 내알칼리성을 제공하기 위해 규준량의 물-기초 아크릴 중합체와 상기 용해된 아크릴 용액을 혼합한느 단계;를 포함하는 수성 코팅 조성물 제조방법.
