Abstract

100g당 5~500밀리몰의 히드록실기 및 필요에 따라 100g당 30~300밀리몰의 카르복실기를 포함하는 중합체(1)와 탄소재료(2)를 50~250℃에서 접촉시키는 공정을 포함하는 흑색안료의 제조법. 얻어지는 흑색안료의 제조법. 얻어지는 흑색안료는 분산 매중에 고밀도로 분산시킬 수가 있어 흑색잉크, 흑색전착도료, 열경화성 흑색도료, 광경화성 흑색도료, 광경화성 흑색 전착도료에 이용할 수 있어, 컬러필터 및 흑백표시 TFT 어레이 기판용 대향 전극기판 등의 블랙매트릭스의 재료로서 유용하다.

Claims (4)

100g당 5~500밀리몰의 히드록실기를 포함하는 중합체(1)와 탄소재료(2)를 50~250℃에서 접촉시키는 공정을 포함하는 흑색안료의 제조법.
제1항에 있어서, 중합체(1)가 100g당 30~300밀리몰의 카르복실기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흑색안료의 제조법.
제1항에 있어서, 중합체(1)와 탄소재료를 접촉시킬 때의 배합 비율이 중량비고 0.5:1~5:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 흑색안료의 제조법.
제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중합체(1)가 에폭시기, 티오에폭시기, 아지리딘기, 옥사졸린기 및 N-히드록시 알킬아미드기중의 어느 기도 실질적으로 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 흑색안료의 제조법.
