Abstract
본 발명은 후크 브라켓을 신설하여 리어 플로어에 취부학, 타이다운 후크의 형상을 변경하여 상기 후크 브라켓에 취부함으로써, 인장강도가 증가되고, 리어 프레임을 보호할 수 있는 타이다운 후크에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 타이다운 후크 취부구조는 리어 플로어(5)와, 엔드 패널(9)과, 후크 브라켓(11,21)과, 타이다운 후크(16,26)로 구성된다. 상기 후크 브라켓(11,21)은 장방형을 중간에서 구부린 형상을 가진 접합부(12,22)와, 상기 접합부(12,22)에서 후방 하부로 함몰되어 형성된 후면부(13,23) 및 저면부(14,24)로 구성되며, 상기 저면부(14,24)의 후방 하단에는 차량의 길이방향으로 오목부(15,25)가 1개 또는 2개 형성되어 있다. 이에 따라 차체의 중량과 원가가 감소되고, 리어 프레임이나 리어 플로어가 손상되는 것을 방지하고, 인장강도를 증가시킬 수 있는 효과가 있게 된다.The present invention relates to a tie-down hook that can increase the tensile strength and protect the rear frame by installing a hook bracket and changing the shape of the mounting method on the rear floor and the tie-down hook to the hook bracket.
